The nail tech started working but only asked my opinion at the end. I ended up saying I wasn't happy with one hand because it was asymmetric to the design on the other. He couldn't understand me and started to leave. I had to flag someone else down to translate. She ended up fixing my hand, however, she only did one layer of gel before the design, leading to color discrepancy between the two hands. Also, it's only been four days and the one layer is chipping badly. She also had attitude towards having to redo someone else's work, chastising me to speak up earlier. Pedicure wise, the tech did not give it enough time to dry. I walked out with smudged paint on a few nails. not noticeable from standing straight, but once I am seated I can see the smudges. Also, the massage chair was broken. Pedicure was their classic for $50. It was fine. Gel mani was $35 + $15 for design. Bill came out to $105 pre-tax. A little sus.

Their prices are great and I usually have satisfactory experiences here so I was not expecting this. My nail tech was EXTREMELY sick and most definitely should not have been at work unfortunately. She was wearing a mask and they do have the plexiglass still up at each station, so there is that. That being said, she was so sick that her mask was wet from the inside, she was spitting into the trashcan next to her, rubbing her nose, it honestly sounded like she had trouble breathing and her cough sounded...wet. I really hope she feels better, because she did not sound good. Not that it matters but I paid full price and tipped. Very basic gel manicure which is what I usually get, single color.
