Amie and Chalita are great! I began acupuncture about 6 months ago. I have had extremely bad allergies my entire life. According to my mom, I began taking benadryl when I was 18 months old. I took allergy shots for 5 years, but that didn't seem to help much, as I still had to take medication to prevent or lessen symptoms. After the first couple of weeks of acupuncture, I saw a huge improvement. After 2 months my allergies were practically gone. I no longer need daily medication.
