Was very knowledgable about the details and practical applications. Price was very fair. His crew came out the next business day and worked the soil and applied seed and fertilizer. He followed up with irrigation rates need and time frame To apply. Very happy with crew that did the work in being careful about dogs, access, other plants And clean up. Will use Coleman's for follow up fertilizing/grub yearly plan and irrigation system improvements.

Mike Coleman is very good with lawns pretty good with sprinkler systems, and just okay with the…read moreweed deterrents-but I guess that's true of anyone in West Texas. He is not so good monitoring his people to be sure they are doing a good job on your lawn - But if you Call and complain, he will try to make you happy. He likes to talk to people and wants to talk to you directly - but watch out - if you talk or complain too much he will use that against you later. He is Very Busy. He doesn't know how to quote a job, so he only gives verbal quotes and says "it will probably be a little more" - and then it ends up being a lot more! And apparently their computer system can't handle hourly billing and they don't correct it before they send it out. Mike and his team doesn't really know how to do fencing either. He did a small repair that was fine, but I am not happy with the replacement job at all. I will be looking through those uneven gaps in between pickets into my neighbor's patio for years to come.
