One of our gutters ripped off and was dangling. Immediately reached out and it took about 2 1/2 months for them to respond to me. But they finally did and they came out to help fix the downed gutter. Now one of my other gutters is leaking and you can see the gutter guards are hanging off the edge. I reached out asking for help two months ago asking for help and multiple times since. Finally texted from a different phone and got a response... Y'all need to make this right and come out and help fix these gutter guards you installed. They came to do the job when I was at work and threw away all of my gutter covers. They then tried to charge me to replace the gutter covers that they threw away. This all on top of all but one small run being extremely worse than before they replaced them. That all all not pitched correctly and hold water in the middle and they didn't caulk the seams of the corners. On top of that they ordered the wrong color and still installed it. Please for your own sanity do not use them. I have already lost mine.
