Just last week we hired Gulf Coast Pro Wash to wash all the windows in our home in addition to screen cleaning and window track cleaning. 16 windows and 8 exterior glass doors. The team was on time and fully prepared to begin work upon arrival. They listened carefully to my needs with respect to working around the interior shutters and recently replaced window sills. Their work effort was professional and non-stop! The quality of the cleaning was significantly more than we have ever accomplished ourselves especially in removing years of grime and dirt which our glass cleaner would never remove and overspray of paint resulting from the exterior panting of our house 5 years past. The glass literally sparkles. Neighbors have stopped in walking the neighborhood and asked us, "What did you do with your windows.. are they new?" In short, excellent in every respect we could reasonably expect from Nickie & Rob. They worked 4 hours as a team and individually as needed. I am focusing on Nickie bc she was senior in experience and since we were inside with her, of course, we got to interact much more with her than with Rob, who worked on the exterior windows while Nickie worked on the interior ones. We asked questions all of which both answered. Towards the end of the window cleaning, since We own a 2-story house we asked if they cleaned high ceilings fans and light fixtures. The answer was 'yes' & between both, they were done. Nickie even asked if we wanted her to replace the old light bulbs with new ones. Based upon our experience, we'd highly recommend them. My wife spoke to Amy, the owner, to inquire about their 'regular service' offerings. I suspect we will be receiving their services in the not too distant future. Five stars!!! read more

A BIG Shout Out to Gulf Coast Pro Wash!! Tessa and Jamie arrived at our house promptly at 8:00am this morning. They efficiently washed ALL of our windows, first removing and dusting the screwed-on solar screens. Including decorative eyebrow and transom windows and multi-mullioned French doors, they did a fantastic job of cleaning all 36 windows. In addition, Tessa power washed our very long driveway and sidewalks. These two professional women completed the project in record time, thoroughly cleaning the windows and our driveway. Their professionalism also comes with great communication skills. We received the initial quote, a friendly reminder the day before the project, as well as when they were on their way, all via text and email. I used Johnson Brothers window cleaning. Amy and her crew did a decent job. The thing that disturbed me is that I saw Jbroswindows illegal bandit signs in my neighborhood the next day. I assume the put the signs on public property as they travel from job to job. The signs made my neighborhood look trashy and lower our property values. Amy needs to pay for her advertising like most reputable businesses instead of putting signs on City owned property. For a former govt employee, I'd figure she'd have more respect for laws. read more
