Given these changing circumstances, a few days later I decided to cancel the contract and get my $2000 down payment back. Now I'm told it may take two weeks to get my funds returned because of the Holidays. After reading on Yelp about my disenchantment with the refund policy, an executive from customer relations contacted me and my refund was in my account the next day.
