Now he's a total jerk and he has his uneducated office staff and PA running the business. just a few of our most prominent issues: 1. I was extorted by the front office, that he would not see me unless I paid a missed appointment, which I did not schedule. 2. The office refused to treat me, for a raging bladder infection that they tested me for, even though I'm a regular annual patient. I refused to pay the $50 to come BACK to the office the same day, for the RX. 3. His physicians assistant incorrectly diagnosed me as having HPV. And I had to go to another doctor for an incredibly painful procedure, all for nothing. I did not have HPV. 4. In my opinion Kurtz now has a God complex, he didn't used to. ***5. THEY REFUSED TO TREAT ME, AFTER I LEFT MY URINE SAMPLE....UNLESS I PAID WHAT FEELS LIKE A $50 EXTORTION FEE, in order to give me my prescription. When the doctor says they don't hold back care because of an unpaid balance, that is entirely incorrect, and I believe he's lying. His behavior is reprehensible, and he is fully aware of this. Don't say you weren't warned. ....*add the fact that he stands by his uneducated and extremely unprofessional staff, says even more. Do better Dr Kurtz. We ended up going to Dr Annette Bernhut in Orange and she is AWESOME. She cares about you as a person, vs you being the enemy

He rushed it, barely looked, didn't listen and said I looked fine. Had he actually listened to my symptoms and gave me more than 5 minutes in his office, this would've been caught so long ago... and it would've saved me tons of money and heartache. Dr. Lee also performed an endoscopy on me. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and explains everything in a clear, and easy-to-understand language, not just using all medical terminology. I appreciate his spending time to listen to my questions and address all concerns without rushing me out. Highly recommend Dr. Lee if you're looking for a board-certified gastroenterologist.

The Epic system was down and DR VELASCO did not even do an exam. DR VELASCO insists on monthly monitoring for GLP, why? so she can bill the insurance $1500 for 10 min. Everyone here seems miserable. They added a line of questioning that is completely inappropriate and not necessary. Asking if we can pay our bills, mortgage and daily habits. We can afford to have private insurance so I think we can pay our bills. They way they treat you went from a private medical experience to now a state run free medical facility.

Hello Yelp World! I haven't had a PCP for a few years. I found the Le Family Practice on yelp and…read morewhat a blessing they've already become (24 hours in). I will be a return patient... Michelle and Dr. Le (pronounced Lay for those of us that need the reminder) are top notch people and very well versed in how to communicate with patients. First, I would like to acknowledge how easy it was to contact them, leave a message, and I heard back from them ASAP. I actually was able to get into see Dr. Le the same day; :) I'm so grateful, too. Furthermore, the care that was shown to me was extraordinary. I don't think I've had the same experience with anyone else. I really liked how they charted my history and Dr. Le used a white board, which is so brilliant because I could visually see all of my options (versus remembering them). Together, they are a class act and therein if you're looking for a new Doctor, I highly recommend you give them a try. I've been to ALOT of Dr's I'm my life so I feel qualified to share Dr Le and his wife are just Gems. I've rescheduled for follow up and believe I've found true medical care.
