I've chatted many times, finally getting a FedEx tracking number in early Aug -- items have been stuck at FedEx since Aug 5th w/a 'security issue'. I placed an order back in May and finally after several months, received the two chairs, but never the table. I placed another order in August and haven't received anything yet. I have been in contact finally with somebody who picked up the phone. I have had no reply to any Emails that I have sent and was on a chat line with only one person in front of me for an hour and a half then the chat was cut off. I'm not sure what their problem is, but I would be very reluctant to go down this road again, I have had no resolution, but they do have my money. My friends, Bill and Nancy Everett, asked me to write this review for them. They ordered from this company in March 2023 and were given a June delivery date. It was going in their rental unit before new renters moved in. They were very impressed by the company when ordering, they were polite and could deliver within the time frame. They blocked off time from it being rented which cost them rental income and additional costs. When June came, they were told that the order was not ready, it would be a few more weeks. So, they blocked off more time in August, again costing them income. The company did send them a few of the smaller pieces, maybe to appease them, but the majority of the order, which was fully prepaid, was still outstanding. When August came, they called and were told that it would be shipped the next day, but not to the condo. So, my friends called Fed Ex with the shipping number to see if they could get it sent to the condo. Fed Ex said when they went to pick it up it was not ready. Not that day nor the next. They have tried to contact the company and no one answers the phone nor returns any of the messages. When I posted a comment on the companies Facebook page I was quickly blocked. Calls won't be returned. We even drove to Bloomfield, IA to see if the store really exists. It does, however we just threw more good money after bad. I've contacted BBB, and have appointment with an attorney firm interested in pursuing a class action suit. No doubt in my mind this is a Ponzi scheme or scam. The first time I went through livechat they started a ticket number and told me that they would check with the production crew and email. I received nothing. Since then, the livechat will put me in a queue and not answer. I have sat on there for hours. They do not answer the phone. This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with, 6 to 8 week lead times, that turned into eight months, charge to credit card at the beginning of placing order Furniture came in damaged poorly packaged. Materials are also inferior and already starting to discolor and warp in only a few months. We were promised replacement boards for the damaged top as well as two matching barstools for all of the aggravation and the eight month wait to get our order. We have contacted the country store where Matt is the manager and seems to be the only person that cares. He has not returned calls like the others. We have made multiple phone calls, messages, chats, and emails with no response. They have done nothing but lie from day one! we have attempted to speak with Levi, which apparently is the owner with no response. As a housewarming present, my mother ordered basic glider package in Brazilian walnut on June 20, 2023. In 10 days, it will be 7 months since we have placed the order. To date, we have received only one chair (last fall), which was defective (the wrong arms were sent). It took a tremendous amount of effort on our part to get them to send a replacement part, which they did. However, we are still waiting for the remaining portion of our order (the second chair and table). We keep getting canned responses like "its in production" "I'll reach out to production and get back to you" "It will be shipped shortly". Well, I didn't get all 4 packages and now I just have parts of 2 chairs with no hardware, no bases and no way to assemble anything. It's been a month since then and they still can't get the rest of the chairs to me. I've asked repeatedly to speak to a manager about getting my money back and he's always "no available" or "in a meeting" and NEVER calls me back. I have NO UPDATE whatsoever on the 2 seat glider, they won't even talk to me about that order. Please, save yourself the trouble and hassle and do not deal with this company. I guess my only alternative now is to do as others have done and see if I can get AmEx to do anything about this. Although it was paid for back in February, so I don't know how much luck I will have. This will be the third time that I have ordered from this company, and certainly the last. BUYER BEWARE! After several attempts to email, voicemail, on line chat, and even two telephone conversations I have been unable to connect with anyone who can advise the status of my order that should now be being delivered. Emails go unanswered. Voicemails go unreturned. On line chat advances you in the queue only by attrition of others dropping off (I know this from placing myself in two queue's with two devices). I had great difficulty receiving my last order, and updated my review after finally receiving it. Based upon the number of 1 star ratings from people with the same lack of results I am concerned that the transaction I had with these people was simply part of an organized scheme to defraud people of their money through on-line interstate use of the internet. In the absence of immediate delivery of my order I will be reporting this company to both the credit card company, and the authorities interested in interstate efforts to defraud customers. My wife and I recently moved to North Carolina and were in search of a poly glider. Visiting several local stores, we found they did not have anything in the color we were searching for. So we looked online and found foreveramishpoly.com (aka Amish Made Poly). I called and was told the material we initially wanted was out of stock but was given other options that should be ready in 4-6 weeks. We chose one of those and $999.00 later the order was placed. We got an email saying 7-10 weeks. Okay, maybe the person was wrong about what was available. 11 weeks later with no email, no update, and no chair I reach out for an update. "Let me check with production and get back to you". Silly me, I assumed they would call someone and call me back. So the next day I call again. I talk to the same person in "Customer Service" who has no idea of what I'm talking about and says they'll call production and call me back. This time I get a ticket opened. A week later I get an email saying they had some supply issues but they have the material now and I should be getting my chair shipped sometime next week. A week later I call again. They will check with production and call me back. A few days later I call again. They will check with production and call me back. 5 days later I get an email saying they did get the materials and they would be shipping my chair on Monday or Tuesday. A week later I call again. They will check with production and call me back. 5 days later I get an email saying they could ship the materials and I could build it myself. I was not happy with this response. They offered to "check with production and call me back" I said no. They offered to have someone from "management" call me. I said yes please. Well more than a week later. No call from management. Of course not. We are now at 17 weeks. I've asked for a chair or a refund. Well, they "can have someone from management call me". I'm not holding my breath. Never have they given any update without me calling first. Never have they returned a call or responded when they said they would. They have missed every deadline they set. "customer service" is a joke. Nothing but liars and thieves. I have asked to be given a refund or what they have promised. They have refused. It only costs $95 to file in small claims court. Unfortunately I would have to drive to Iowa to appear for the judgement. Is it worth it to try to get something out of dealing with these liars? Maybe. Order placed on July 6, money taken from debit card next business day, received no order confirmation / tracking email, no chairs, phone calls made to company's phone number on website went unanswered so left a voice mail in late July 2024 requesting delivery date via a return call to my husband's cell phone number, no return call from voice mail message, used chat feature on the company's website to ask the same questions in late July only to received no response. In late July, looked at scams and company reviews on BBB - many, many similar complaints since 2023. At the same time, the Amish Made Policy website went down and stayed down for a few days; noticed on Aug 1 2024, the company's website was back up, advertising and ready to take new orders / scam new people. In late July, my husband called Levi Good's cell phone (# used when placing the order), no answer; called again, left voice mail requesting delivery date and expressing concern given the scams noted on the BBB, Yelp, and Google search results. No return call received. I am posting this review to keep someone/anyone else from being scammed. How is this company allowed to continue to operate with all of these complaints?
