He even chuckled when I told him I read his credentials and they were stellar, but I chose him because he has kind eyes and a warm smile (check out his bio page) and I knew I would be in good hands. The thought of going back to that office is a complete turn off. when I suggested that the wait time in exam room was excessive, PA told me that they had a lot of patients! I was going to say that that is why we have APPOINTMENTS, but didn't wish to continue this very unfruitful discussion.

She did many different drills far in excess of what I have witnessed at 4 or 5 similar practices over the past 20 years. She is 79. Other places had her sitting around a lot and never challenged or encouraged her. Maybe because of her age and maybe of her mobility issues. Not so here.
