Especially the Latin nurse ?(if she's not latin and not a nurse I apologize, certainly dont want to get her mad!!) if I go to a urologist its because I have a problem peeing or some other problem. This person is extremely rude and doesn't really care if you get hep or not. She asked me when I went up to the window, "why are you here? I have to call you! I said nothing and sat down, when I sat down....she called me up!!!!! really????....there was another gentleman while I was there with many water bottles a nervous wreck telling me why are they being so mean? I cant pee and she's telling me I dont have a choice! so Doctor Lynn might be great but you have to go through his staff to see him....no thank you! in the past we also had a problem with staff with my other family member, lets just say they didn't help, they dont care......and I think they get off on seeing people worry! shame on you for working in the medical field....Medical 101=Compassion! get some! I had seen him in the past and my experience was excellent. So when I needed a pulmonologist again I went back to him. Even my Primary Care doctor said he was great when he asked me whom I had seen in the past. All the staff are very pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Spadaro!

There is no sense of customer service or coordination of care and definitely not a hint of any desire to help. The burden is on you to do everything (e.g., check insurance coverage with referrals, fax medical records, update their office listings in insurer's directories), so I wouldn't trust physicians who don't check for quality in the staff they hire to do nothing to attract and retain patients except make their lives miserable simply because they can get away with it. I'll take family's health and business elsewhere. Someone who treats patients this poorly can't possibly reflect well for the physicians caring about someone's health if they let this pass for customer care. I don't even want to imagine the potential nightmare of dealing with staff who have no sensitivity for dealing with seniors and their complications.

The only thing I don't like about the office is that the door makes a loud bang when slammed. Dr Kelly is an asset to the Port Jeff area; in this day and age when some doctors are less than friendly he stands out.
