In the end, quotation sent to me : 200 labor + 380parts (just washer timer) Youtube indicates replacing washer timer just need around 20 mins. I was misled by goole 5 star review of starfix. So I left my bad experience for other people reference. The guy then email me to accuse me defamation and threat me he will take legal action... so ridiculous.
