The service call and repair were $275, plus the cost of the main control board. Rohit did the job in 35 to 40 minutes, and I found him invested in his work. I'm giving 3 stars due to the lack of communication and concern about potential floor damage.

I wait several hours, and there are maybe ten minutes left until the end of the appointment, so I call again to make sure; I was then told that I was going to get a different appointment window on the same day, which leads me to then wonder if they were going to bother informing me of this today had I not called. I thought that was going to be the end of it, but then the technician called after that to say that he wasn't going to make it at all, and despite me trying to reschedule this appointment, he concluded that it was impossible to reschedule and ended the call. I see all these five-star reviews and I had high hopes, but I feel incredibly let down by this.

We had Paul come to repair our elements on our stove. He came up with a control board problem which…read morehe said wasn't available anymore. 15mins after he left, I located one on Canada and ordered the $345 board. It arrived and was installed but didn't fix the problem. Advised Paul of the situation who said that he would come back but we never saw him again. Spoke to another technician over the phone who told me that the board has nothing to do with the heating elements, it only controls the oven. He arrived and the problem was fixed. It was only the Relay which is located at back of the stove which Paul never checked or looked at. After many texts I was refunded the service call but I'm stuck with a $345 board. He claims that the board didn't have the new harness and other excuses but what he wouldn't admit to is that he misdiagnosed the problem and that the control board has Nothing to do with the heating elements. Do your research before hiring a appliance repair person.
