For the facial portion: Mindy was terrific and knowledgeable in her craft. She explained each step of the facial, and asked thoughtful questions about my skincare routine prior to performing the signature facial. Mindy incorporated her massage therapy background into the facial by treating me to a scalp massage and neck stretch - one of my favorite parts!! My skin was absolutely radiant after an hour with Mindy (before & after attached). For the massage portion: My hour with Lovely went by far too quickly!! Come from an athletic background, it's hard for me to find a massage therapist that truly targets muscle movement and applies enough pressure to work through my knots. Lovely did just that. She was rolling her eyes at me! I didn't speak to her more than a hello and I asked her to repeat herself one time when she was giving me instructions, I came in with a smile! And on top of it, she gave me an asymmetrical triangle, I like to leave hair on top, there was way too much taken off. It looks silly! I showed her with my fingers where I want the perimeter to be. It's so bad I need to go home and shave it off. I left a picture for reference what the triangle looks like. I'm trying to make light of a bad situation. I have gotten plenty of waxes before, I know a good wax and I know what good atmosphere feels like and I did not experience that today.
