They can customize the photo decorations and frames depending on your event and they are flexible in their hours. I think our friend initially had them for 2 hours but because we all loved it so much, Soph offered extra hours at a reasonable price and it was awesome! Leading up to the event they were very communicative and organized. You can tell they knew what they were doing and it definitely helped me that I didn't have to stress out about them. They assisted me with MULTIPLE design options and even allowed me to have a custom waiting screen. They arrived on time for the set up and was ready to go before guests arrived. All the guests had so much fun taking pictures, especially my abuelos! Desiree provided us with a variety of fun props like fun sunglasses, different head wear and cute signs. Desiree gave us a couple of options of how we wanted to receive our photos. There was digital, printed or both, but we opted for the digital version. It's super cool it can text, airdrop and I think email (not too sure I can't remember). You receive the pictures within a literal minute and it's so easy! Besides photos you can also do boomerangs! She also provided us with a custom design that goes with the theme of our party for the trio of pictures you get!
