However, on wedding day my MOH had to reach out because it was past the time frame they said they would arrive and it was getting close to our contracted start time. Apparently Ramy was driving from afar that day, which is fine but we wished he communicated with us about a potential delay so we weren't worried about a no-show. Ramy eventually arrived and started setting up, and though our wedding party wanted to be the first at photo booth (they knew the start time), sadly it wasn't ready when they looked over. As the couple, we were occupied but want to believe that it was ready shortly after the agreed time. Besides this incident, Ramy was great with our guests who enjoyed the photo booth experience.

I hired them for my daughter's sweet 16. They took photo after photo, agreed graciously to stay an hour later for which we paid, and the guests loved their photos. I felt they were very easy to work with. Toward the end of the party, I asked about the video portion of the package and why the guests were not being told they could do that. They corrected this, and offered to do it. At this time I was bothered by this because the session was just about over and they were barely offering to video guests. We could not get messages from all of the guests due to the short time available. We had the guests go on camera toward the end of the session, and very quickly they all gave a very heartfelt birthday messages to the birthday girl. We tipped the attendants VERY well because we felt they had done a good job and happily agreed to stay an hour later than we had contracted. We got our photos on a flash drive before they left. We were so grateful for their service and help we tipped them well, and they left. Later, we looked at the pictures and my daughter wanted to watch the videos the guests had made for her. There were plenty of great photos.... but not a single video. They had not said that we would not get the videos so we were confused. None the less, I felt that we were very understanding and patient when we addressed the situation with them. And I felt that they would do right by us. At first we were in contact about the videos, with Adam giving us updates and everything. Then.... nothing. It became apparent that they were avoiding any inquiring emails and voicemail messages. Ten months later, I still sent yet another email... and still no response from Adam or anyone from this company. I still have not received the videos or any word about them. I'm going to assume my daughter will never hear the happy sweet sixteen messages from her guests that we paid for as part of the package. Nor will they tell us what happened to them or apparently offer restitution for not giving us this portion of our package. I wish I can even get the tip back because I feel so disappointed with them. I waited to write this review hoping they would rectify the situation. As they still have not, I decided to share about my experience in case others are trying to decide between AV Photobooth and another photo booth company.

The photobooth is very user friendly with a touch screen feature. You are able to airdrop photos to your phone or text a link to yourself where you will be able to access the entire gallery. You have an option of saving photos in photobooth strips or saving individual shots on their own, which I find wonderful because some individual shots are worth framing (I will be adding some photos so you can see exactly what I mean). Some of these photos look like we had a full blown photoshoot at our engagement party! My friends also surprised us with a beautiful template for the photobooth strips. It was of our dog who passed away, so this thoughtful custom feature brought me to tears! He hired his own photographer & was able to somehow connect the pics taken on that camera to his photobooth set up. I had immediate access to those pics in order to print for my guests by the end of the night! Jordan was also set up in two different locations at my wedding for maximum foot traffic which was something that he suggested halfway through the wedding. Another pleasant surprise was that there were actually three attendants managing the booth, which made everything run smoothly and gave us peace of mind in case anything came up. We also loved that you could text the photos to yourself right on the spot. Our guests had so much fun with the props and told us they were very happy with the overall experience that there was a line the entire night! My maid of honor made cut-out photos of our cats, as well as my husband and I, seeing all our guests use them and our faces in them felt like were part of the pictures!
