Mr. Smiley's Photo Booth totally made me a smiley kitty the night of my cousin's wedding! I had a blast with my cousins in Mr. Smiley's Photo Booth. They have a ton of props from bunny ears, different signs to a....pink hello kitty crown!! It must have been destiny when I picked up the pink crown. I didn't even know it was hello kitty till my cousin pointed out :) The photo booth was totally rocking at my cousin's wedding reception. It was a continuous flow of guests going through and the folks working the photo booth made it a pleasing and nice experience. Rex even gave suggestions for poses for different themes. It was hilarious! I love that you can get a print out of your photos as well as email it to yourself. The pictures come out great and it truly was a terrific remembrance to a fun night.

He has great customer service and has a great attitude while at your event. I've been to a lot of parties with a lot of different photo booth and this is honestly the best by far. I have already recommended him to several of my friends. Among the younger generation photo booths are great just to kill time at parties and for adults it's a great way to preserve the memories. If you've been debating on who and where to go to this is the man.if and when I do need a photo booth again I will definitely go with Mr. Smiley. MR. SMILEY IS THE ONE! It was really important to us that our guests had texting capability and high resolution photos. Not only did they allow us to make custom templates, but they turned each photo session into a GIF! I am so happy with how everything turned out and everyone had a great time. During the entire process, Rex was extremely kind and patient with me, even though I kept changing my mind. He really understood what I was looking for and the end result was amazing. Even though the album was supposed to take up to 14 days to become available, ours was ready within 3 days. Amazing!!!

Rex is incredibly communicative, flexible and helps you create your vision with your custom photo strip and prop kits! I love that guests can email their photo to themselves instantly and we get the entire collection posted to Facebook so we get to see them all. Their entire team is friendly, cooperative and just so great and easy to work with. This was really our guest's "favor" from the wedding so we loved the great prints and how many copies of these are already floating around on fridges and social posts! Finding the perfect photo booth can be very stressful, with so many options out there it's quite overwhelming. But look no further because Mr. Smileys Photo Booth is the way to go. I heard about Mr. Smileys through an email from TheKnot.com because they were voted best photo booth last year. After looking through their website and chatting with Rex on the phone I knew we would be in good hands. Rex is very professional and really makes the entire process incredibly easy. He is prompt in answering emails/calls/texts and is always available to answer any questions you may have. The photo quality is the best I've seen and the prints turned out crystal clear. All of our guests were super impressed! We were lucky enough to use their new glitter backdrop and it was absolutely gorgeous, it matched perfectly with our theme. We also emailed a photo of our invitations to the graphic designers and they were able to print the same design on our prints. It was a pleasure having Mr. Smileys for our wedding and we highly recommend them for your future events!

They had an attendant to help take the photos so there were no surprise shots :). They offered to print and email the digital copy of the photos. My husband and I booked Mr. Smiley's Photobooth for our wedding and I'm so glad we did! All our guests had fun taking photos and so did we. The attendants were very friendly, professional and even suggested poses for us. Mr. Smiley's offers a variety of packages, templates and pricing is reasonable. Rex was very responsive to emails and provided great customer service. I was very happy with the quality of the photos! I am very disappointed in response I receive from the customer service email representative, Cheryl. This is my first time inquiring on any photo booth rentals and the response I received from her was very unprofessional. My initial attachments are my yelp inquiries made directly through the APP (Rex. Answered) but the follow up was made my Cheryl. If I had money to splurge without care, I would not be consulting other vendors for quotes and estimates. Also, in the comparison she sent me, it made it seem like any "budget" friendly option could only be a ghetto or non professional. This is so wrong since I have worked with rest wedding photographers/engagement photographer with very reasonable pricing and great work. If Mr. Smileys could not work with my $350 budget, that is all that they needed to say. There was no need to discriminate/belittle anyone who does not have $699 for their basic photo package. This is how I felt after I received the email from Cheryl. Very disappointing. read more

We had Mr. Smiley's at our recent wedding in San Diego and highly recommend! Communication with Rex was quick and easy. Emails were concise and he laid our design options clearly. We were able to submit our own "wedding logo" for our design. He attended the booth all night to help guests and ever provided pose coaching. This review is more of a disappointment in their customer service rather than their actual services. I looked into their photobooth services for my Dec wedding and received a fantastic early booking special that expired 4/30. I received an email yesterday (4/25) from Cheryl that basically asked me why I have not booked with them yet and assumed I went with another company, so she would take me off from their email newsletters. I kindly explained that I needed to discuss with my fiancé and had been busy with work ... but as a customer, I shouldn't have to explain myself/situation. Overall, I was just surprised of the lack of respect on their end. Why the urgency? I still have several days to make my decision. Despite the nice "early booking" discount, I'm inclined not to work with someone who does not understand customer service in this manner. Their photobooth services look great! But my experience just left a bad taste for me. read more

Mr. Smiley's was the best photo booth I have seen at a wedding! The two men running it were so fun and friendly. They were able to print out as many copies of the pictures we wanted AND get digital copies emailed to us. The props were awesome and the pictures came out great! read more

I attended a friend's wedding and they were using Mr Smiley's Phot Booth. The pictures look great! I was very pleased with the service too. They also had one person stand there and show you how to post for each picture taken, if you have no clue of what to do. That's pretty awesome I think. read more

They let us take our time taking a thousand photos & we even got the print outs right away. I love that we were able to send the photos via email on the spot. Mr Smileys was wonderful to work with. Rex helped us with our contract and the communication was simply on point. On the day of, we had Dustin, who was equally wonderful (and kind and patient!). These guys were at my girlfriend's wedding. They were really nice and friendly. I like how they gave the bridal party special treatment and gave us poses to do. WOAH! Rex and Mr. Smiley's Photo Booth were an incredible company to work with and one of my favorite vendors of my entire wedding experience. First of all, Rex goes above and beyond and was willing to answer every e-mail and question I threw at him, and did his very best to make sure my photo strip was absolutely beautiful and perfection! He was very detail oriented and double and triple checked my contract for my services- which not all wedding vendors do. I appreciated his attention to me and ensuring the wedding day was going to go as smoothly as possible. The night of the wedding his enthusiasm and energy blew me away! I knew my customers were going to have a blast when they went into the photo booth. Very up to date and adorable props- not flimsy at all! Also, when I first stepped into the photo booth he made sure he explained the process and what we got- like our rose satin background, and how to e-mail our photos to ourselves. Overall, it was a marvelous experience working with Rex and I wouldn't recommend any other company to hire to make your event fun and engaging for you and your guests. Rex and his crew did a fantastic job in helping make my book launch party a hit. They were easy to work with while arranging the artwork beforehand, showed up on time, and used quality cameras and materials. Additionally, their selection of fun props was eclectic and plentiful. I met Rex at a wedding where I was bartending and got roped into being a guinea pig during the photobooth set-up while he snapped some test shots to show the bride. I thought it was fantastic that he checked with her to make sure that the set-up was what she wanted. Later on in the evening, my team and I went over to the booth during some down time and had the opportunity to get some photos taken. I love that there's the option to email or text the photos to yourself, which comes in super handy when you have a big group of people! Communication, lacking, booked 2 months in advance and Danny said he would have a print sample for me with in the "week". Well I didn't get the sample till 10 days before my event date. I also, messaged him early in January to confirm if we were good to go and when he can provide the print, well it got to the point where I had to message him through yelp, not cool. Yes, everyone is busy, everyone has their own thing going on, but as a business owner, acknowledge your customer. I shouldn't constantly have to text you and send you a yelp message. The day of, Carlos was our booth attendant, the setup time was rushed and a bit late, however I was told they would arrive an hour before start time. No issues with him. My issue is with the print. The sample provided and what was printed was off. My daughter's theme colors were maroon, GOLD and white! Not maroon, YELLOW and white. And no, it's not the damn same color. The printed text for the photobooth printouts were so light, unreadable and not the gold color text like the sample, it was YELLOW. The photobooth attendant agreed when I told him wth, the print is so light and I can't even read it but he said there was nothing he can do. So as I told Danny the next day, maybe next time he should do an actual printed print sample beforehand. I would have rather paid the extra $25-$50 more and got quality prints. I got jipped, my daughter pictures were just a faded text of yellow ugliness. And yes, I'm being extra, this was her Sweet 16, not a "hey lets have a kickback just because party". Fyi, their props were also subpar from all other photobooth companies I've encountered.

I wanted to have a photobooth for a family birthday party with 180 invited guests. I was given referrals by friends and had other contacts. I found several adds on Craigslist and made many calls. Mr Smiley's was the most professional and helpful person I encountered. He was great at responding to our needs/requests in a timely manner. He was accommodating and helped us use some great artwork that we designed. He was always on top of things. At the actual party, his professionalism was just as consistant. He was great with all the guests, had great props and helped out a great deal. The quality of the photos was really wonderful. Our family and guests could not have been happier. I am so glad I stumbled upon Mr. Smiley's on yelp. I requested for a price quote through their website and within a couple hours, I received an amazing deal from Mr. Rex. My event was only a week away and luckily there was still availability. Mr. Rex really goes the extra mile to make the whole process easy and amazing. We used Mr. Smiley for our school's Halloween Fundraiser. The experience was phenomenal. The set up was simple and quick. The background artwork was created for us specifically for that event. The work space was neat and efficient. We chose a white background because it was an evening event. The high-quality photo strips were printed in seconds. The photo booth was a big hit with the kids and adults alike and kept the booth really busy throughout the event.
