We've been really happy here! The office staff are extremely friendly, professional, and responsive. If there is ever an issue, they respond and take care of it right away. The maintenance guys are great too. The building is kept very clean, and the pool and fitness center are really nice. It's a fairly quiet building, however the neighbors we do meet are very friendly. Never had an issue with a neighbor nor the AMLI staff not taking care of something. We moved from another building in the area where things were the exact opposite. There are some other buildings in the area that are brand new and have some extra amenities, but having an excellent office staff creates a much better peace of mind. If you're looking in the area, give AMLI a good look, and make sure to pay attention to reviews of all properties from current residents - not people writing a positive review after viewing the place, but don't even live there. I had to do an early termination on my lease for I changed my job and moved out of state of IL. I moved out my studio and they relet it in 7 days! I also got email from the property management to inform me the situation of my studio and will get some money back (partial rent + deposit-because I cleaned apartment when I moved out). Overall, it's an excellent experience with AMLI Deerfield. I would recommend it to everybody! read more

I've stayed at AMLI Deerfield for 4 months as part of my relocation package. The apartments are brand new, contemporary furnishings and great onsite amenities, such as a pool, grills, fitness center and yoga studio. Also the building is extremely safe. No one can just walk into the building. You need a special key fob for entrance, unless a guest is buzzed in from the guest entrance. There are also cameras in the common areas and ousted of all doors. Often the Deerfield police sit in the parking lot or drive through. And if you desire there is secure garage parking. Beyond this, there's a computer lounge and reading/ TV area with a double fire place. I didn't use these areas, but my son did to finish a school assignment. And he enjoyed it - as well as the pool and fitness center. Lastly, the location is perfect for getting to O'hare (15-20 min), Ravina in Highland Park and other areas in the North Shore. I've enjoyed my time at AMLI, and would recommend it for corporate housing or as a luxury apartment rental. read more

I have lived here a few months now. I wanted to say that I absolutely love living here. It is right off 294 with quick access to the freeway. I had a few maintenance requests to put in (nothing major just small little fixes since a new building ) and they were handled VERY quickly and perfectly. The people are crazy friendly...the maintenances guys always say hi and Nicole (who I toured with was like hanging out with a bff) I would strongly recommend this place to anyone. One small side note, the parking is a bit pricey for the burbs. read more

I've been renting most of my adult life in many different communities with many different Lessors. But as soon as I parked my car to see what Amli was all about, the sign out front that says "Welcome Home ", made me immediately feel at home. The building is absolutely spotless every day of the week, the amenities are fabulous, I. e, A beautiful pool with a lush patio garden, a workout room with state of the art machines attached to a yoga room where you can log into individual programs and follow an instructor, and a business center that actually offers free Starbucks 24/7 that has a very pretty lounge area with a fireplace. Finally the party room which I have first hand experience of how wonderful it is. I can't say enough about the kind and understanding management team who is in the beautiful building office seven days a week. I haven't even mentioned the apartments and how perfectly laid out they are, tons of storage space, every apartment has a balcony or a patio and floor to ceiling windows. I'll give Amli a five star recommendation because I can't say enough about it. Everyone should check it out! read more

We cannot say enough about lviing at AMLI. Going on 5 years now --that should say enough! Everyone in the front office and maintenance staff is beyond excellent in every way. Very clean building inside and out. If there is an issue of ANY KIND, it is dealt with immediately! The other residents I've met are nice and many have gotten together outside by the pool or firepit for a nice time. If you are looking for a new rental place, it is worth your time to check out AMLI Deerfield. My wife and I have lived at AMLI Deerfield for almost 3 years and are very happy we chose this apartment building. There's a great pool and fitness center. The location is great. Very convenient to the highway, downtown Deerfield & Northbrook and close to the restaurants on Milwaukee Avenue. The office staff, Lindsey, Eileen, Andriana& Faruk are the best and are always willing to help any way they can. The building is extremely clean and well maintained. The maintenance crew is a great group of guys that are very accommodating should you need anything repaired. We've met a number of our neighbors and now have great new friends. Our apartment is laid out well, very comfortable with nice appliances. We also look forward to the community events the staff sponsors, such as the concert by the pool. read more

The management team is horrible and incompetent especially the assistant manager Teri Floss. They will email and call you non stop after your visit but once you sign the lease you will see their true colors. Both Anne Smith and Teri Floss don't care one bit about their residents, all they care about is getting you to sign a lease as the building is barely half full. I lived here for less than one year and when I informed them I was breaking my lease to move out and was going to pay the breakage fee they charged me almost $500 to "clean" the apt even though it was spotless, this is after I already paid over $8,000 to break the lease. I tried to call the about the charge and they wouldn't answer and sent me an email that literally said I have no choice to pay whatever they charge or they will send to collections. The apartments are furnished with cheap laminate flooring that creeks at night, the trash chute and elevators are on the far end of the building so you will have to walk a mile to use wither one of them. The one good thing about this place is the maintainence team, they are A+ My advise to anyone looking to move here is to stay as far away from this place as you can as long as the incompetent management team is still there. Consider Northshore 770, better management team and close to Marianos and lots of shopping. There is nothing within a mile of AMLI Deerfield. read more

The front desk associates need to fully understand your lease agreement. Shame on AMLI and the management team at the Deerfield location for the lack of knowledge their associates have on their early termination policy. I have lived at Amli now for 2 years. When we first moved in the building was not even half full. Now near capacity you can see some of the pitfallls in living in a large rental building. Although the staff tries hard, it is difficult to police a large group of entitled residents. This a non smoking building and grounds yet almost weekely there are residents and their guests who feel they can smoke. They hide it when staff is around and ignore other residents or intimidate when asked to stop smoking. They allow dogs and cats and there are people who allow their pets to poop on sidewalks and they leave it, even though the building graciously offers free bags and disposal containers. We have had many nights and days listening to barking dogs for hours on end with no action from their owners. The pool area is abused by residents with many invited guests for their "own"pool parties. They take over the bbq and seating areas while residents have no space of their own. Hotel carts are a provided convenience by the building and all they ask is that you return it to the correct space so that others can use it. There is never a cart available when you need one. The management sends out emails which I'm sure go unread or ignored by the majority or residents. The best part of this Amli building, the maintenance staff!! That's what the 4 stars are for. They actually deserve more. They are friendly, responsive and probably the best maintenance staff in any building. I truly appreciate all they do here,it's not easy. read more

AMLI has gone out of its way to ease the transition of my move. Not only had Evalina been on point with all of the leasing process (something my last apartment complex could really learn from), but the maintenance staff is also amazing. Fernando has come to my apartment twice for repairs that I noticed, and left doing more than just that repair- he noticed that my front door was squeaking when he came in to fix my kitchen sink and didn't leave until the door was silent!
