Firearms training, defensive tactics in hand to hand and shooting. Oklahoma’s first defensive training course specifically designed not only for advanced shooters, but for new shooters struggling with PTSD.

History

Established in 2021.

Ammo Therapy was founded because we saw a need for self defense education for domestic violence survivors and those living with PTSD. Our goal was to develop a course to improve the mindset of these individuals, by using aspects of situational awareness, firearms, and hand to hand self defense to help our clients distinguish between what is and is not avoidable. Defense of your physical well being and that of your loved ones is of utmost importance. You must be mentally prepared to deal with the stress of defending yourself, while not allowing yourself to unduly go further than needed, using excessive force. Here at Ammo Therapy we don't consider ourselves successful until you feel confident in using all of the tools that we provide to you. Our goal is to not only arm you with defensive skills but a mindset that takes your skills to the next level.
