They have new leather reclining chairs now, which are a major upgrade from the flat beds, especially since you're there for about an hour with your eyes closed. Add the classical piano music with the bird sounds and I swear I drifted off. It was that relaxing. My lash tech was genuinely sweet and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted. During the same visit, I also received lip blush treatment and made it very clear that I did not want a subtle or overly natural result -- I specifically requested a bold, more defined look. Unfortunately, within one week, both my brows and lips appeared as though no procedure had been performed at all. I have since shared photos with multiple permanent makeup artists, all of whom expressed surprise at the lack of visible results. I do not believe I should be required to spend additional money to have another artist correct work that did not produce the agreed-upon outcome. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this permanent makeup artist.

I originally asked for a top injector during the scheduling appointment, they recommended Alex. I've done Botox for years. I decided to try something closer to my house. Im angry, I'm upset, and I'm shocked that this practice is still allowing her to Inject here. I will be taking legal action. You don't hire nurses that claim they're experienced and can't perform masseter Botox properly. She doesn't draw on the face either with the dots. I'm concerned the Botox might be even expired or diluted incorrectly. They claim they only use "BOTOX" brand. I did my forehead here as well. Terrible results. I want my $$ back.
