Corcoran is one of the few towns in my territory that don't have a Starbucks so I was looking for a good coffee shop to take drinks to one of my accounts and they recommended Amore Caffe. On first glance it turned out to be a nice little coffee shop with a robust amount of drink offerings including berry refresher style drinks as well. My latte was perfectly made and delicious. The other three got a berry refresher drink they enjoyed as they were not in the mood for coffee. I think this shop may deserve a 5th star but I tend to not hand those out on my first experience. Quality is amazing I'm from San Francisco and have distinct taste, however the customer service is repulsing. The man at the counter that took the order made a mistake on my order and refused to make the correction insisting I placed my order incorrectly. Unlikely but I reminded him the customer is always correct and he could have easily just remade the drink and saved a customer. Wow! Sweet little shop! Small and cozy, very nicely done in coffee shop style. Nice sofa and chairs to sit on, small bistro tables as well. Man was super nice and friendly, went out of his way to make the drink just how I wanted and...wow! Did I mention it was EXCELLENT!? Scones were tasty, but the coffee...was amazing! I have just recently discovered this locally owned coffee shop due to changes in my route to work. They can make a lavender latte which puts me all in. Pastries are good. Espresso seems mild compared to others I have tried. Not a craft shop. Service is quick and staff are welcoming. read more

Highkey recommend this one, they always great friendly staff, they're very appreciative of the guests, and they will accommodate you in any way possible, for instance I love goat milk mixed in my coffee, one of the workers here, literally drives out to one of the local goat farms on a weekly basis, and gets me a tub of that goat milk, just so when I drop by to grab my regular cup of Joe, they have my goat milk already mixed in my coffee. read more

This is a nice coffee shop here in Corcoran. Doesn't have a big sign outside so you have to look for it. Matthew is the owner and here most of the time. Great guy. They make there own yogurt parfaits and cut there own fruit too, every day. It is fresh and good. I think the coffee also has better flavor than chain competitors with names that start with "S." For me, this has been a nice place to sit and work early in the morning. Also walking distance from the Amtrak station, about two blocks West of the station. read more

Beautiful decor. Love the smell of fresh coffee as you enter. For my personal tastes, coffee needs work. The flavor profile of the espresso itself is slightly lacking, & whoever made mine was a bit heavy handed with the sweetness (Which could have covered up the flavor of the coffee). I ordered a white chocolate mocha before heading out of town & could not even drink it. Two sips & unfortunately I was done. The sweetness was extremely overpowering. One experience will not deter me from giving a place another go if the service is good, & from what I'm told, this business is owned by a very sweet, & caring Corcoran family. My sister always had wonderful things to say about them & for that reason, I will definitely try it again. read more
