Got a decent cafe mocha here the other day. Can't say it was as good as Dutch Bros but for convenience sake it was good. I felt that it was a little on the sweet side for my liking and light on the texture, almost watery. On the plus side service was fantastic. The girl was very helpful, prompt and even gave me a frequent customer card. Can't say I'll be running to this place anytime soon for their drinks but it was nice for the girl to take her time to explain their menu options and give me a customer card as well. read more

I have been patronizing Java Heaven for at least a decade. I've never been disappointed with their coffee.

What a cute little coffee drive-thru! It was my first time here, so I ordered something simple; a small vanilla latte. It was pretty good, and they offered a little chocolate covered espresso bean to go along with it. A little on the pricier side, but I'm not surprised with prices of product going up. Excellent service! Was asked to join rewards and that was quick and easy. I got a iced caramel macchiato with caramel drizzle end it was beyond expectations. Use to love this place but they either don't have enough people or they are too slow to handle a morning rush. I was in line, third in line and was there for 15+ minutes this morning and I was just second in line and the parking lot was clogged up with cars waiting. Disappointed in the new service. The employees are super nice and friendly. The drinks are ok...I personally find the frappucinos to be gritty, and I don't particulary care for them. The hot mochas are pretty good, and I like the little espresso bean they put on there for you. I like the location of the one at 10th and Grangville, so it's handy when I don't want to go out of my way to go to Starbucks. read more

I love love love their blended white out! I would take one of these over a Starbucks Frappuccino any day! Customer service is always good! Their coffee is good, not great, but it's good. They will at times give you a bean on top of the lid, as a courtesy. I think that is sweet, but personally I deny it, simply because I am not a fan of beans. They have another shop on 11th. I stop there often too and they are equally as nice and the product is always consistent. This shop offers superior dairy ice cream, which I think is pretty cool. The other drive through place in town is fine if you don't actually like coffee and want a sugar beverage, but if you want good coffee Java Heaven is the place to go. I'm really starting to love this coffee place. Now that I live off of Grangeville & 10th, I've been going there more often. Their version of Starbucks White Chocolate Mocha is called White Out and it's delicious. And I like you get a Java card where you get a free coffee after your 10th purchase. I have been a customer for 2-3 years and buy my coffee(2-3 per week) on my morning commute. Staff is friendly at 10th & Grangeville. Usually the hot mochas are great but last week the hot mocha was terrible. I called and told them to check their milk. They said I could come back or get a refund but I was already halfway to Fresno. She took my info and would give me a call. Never received a call. 2 days later I made my usual stop and told them what had happened. She took my order and called the owner. Owner stated that there wasn't anything wrong with the milk. No apology or credit for the bad coffee. So paid for my last coffee there because I am not a fan of poor customer service. The owner had my info but failed to remedy the problem which shows a lack of care in customer satisfaction. Staff who make the coffee are friendly but the owner's response and that coffee left a sour taste in my my mouth. It was my first and last complaint. read more
