My wife got the cake and I ordered the Turkish coffee. The coffee came in a double cup, which I'm assuming was because it was extremely hot. Still, I really appreciate that Visalia has unique local spots like this. I'd much rather support places with character than the typical commercial chains every city seems to get. I'd choose this over Starbucks or Dutch Bros any day. A couple small suggestions: the coffee was a little too hot to drink at first, and next time I'd probably ask for extra sugar -- but that's just personal preference. Overall, the ambiance was very relaxing and made it a great place to sit down and unwind. read more

Finally got to check this place out - I was pleasantly surprised by their Customer Service, which was excellent. The entire staff was super friendly yet still professional. They weren't too busy when I walked in, which was nice because they were very thorough and explaining all their desserts. I ended up leaving with a mango Matcha, which was pretty decent and some sort of Biscoff cake which I haven't tried yet, but it looked delicious and it was the last slice of cake left for that specific one. My first time here and I was excited to try their signature pistachio latte. But much to my disappointment, they were out of pistachio cream. I settled on a cup of Yemen coffee, Mofawar. Mofawar is a traditional, centuries-old Yemeni coffee preparation. It features a medium-roast Arabica coffee that is slowly brewed with cardamom and a generous pour of milk or cream, resulting in a smooth, aromatic, and naturally sweet spiced beverage. Key Characteristics: Flavor Profile: Earthy, robust, and warm. The creamy texture pairs perfectly with the fragrant kick of cardamom and sometimes a touch of saffron. Preparation: Unlike regular drip coffee, it is typically simmered in an ibrik or cezve, over hot sand, with milk and the coffee grounds mixed directly in, allowing it to foam before serving. Be aware, wait a few minutes before drinking, to allow the coffee grounds to settle to the bottom of the cup. This was served piping hot and had to wait a few minutes before I could drink it. The coffee was so delicious, the taste of cardamom really shined through. I would definitely order this again. They also have several baked goods available for purchase. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Coffee house was very clean and I loved the Middle Eastern vibe in their décor. Saw this place on TikTok... so definitely had to check it out. The inside was warm, inviting, authentic. Gives you that warm feeling, that this cafe is about to be lit. We tried to order honeycomb, but what do you know? Didn't have anymore. What a bummer. Ordered a matcha, berry refresher and some other pastry. Hmm.... I think the refresher and matcha definitely missed the mark. The refresher tasted just like a can of watered down seltzer. Ewww nasty! I absolutely hate seltzer. The matcha tasted like half matcha and literally half milk, seemed like an ingredient or so was missing . Definitely was watered down too. We both took a few sips and threw them in the trash, they were awful. We wasted our money for sure. Maybe other drinks are better, let's hope so. read more

I brought my wife and daughter here for our first time to try something different. The store inside and out was clean and gave an upscale appearance. The prices were a bit high, and when I received my drink they gave me the wrong drink that I ordered. I brought it to the barista's attention and she gave me an annoyed look like I did something wrong. She quickly turned and walked away and shortly after returned with a drink that I would describe as whole milk with a touch of caramel. It was very disappointing. Been on the fence about trying this new establishment. today was sadly the day we came. I usually try to support local (when possible) my friend and I decided to just try it after work. He ordered a spanish latte. I ordered an iced americano with no sugar cinn on top and some half & half(side) . When I tried to order a plain latte with raw sugar he then said "what's that" then I just decided to order the bext plain thing. An Americano of course. I pretty much enjoy the taste of coffee with a bit of a splash of water and milk. As the barista was making my drink she then proceeded to say in a way to where we could hear her saying something along like what's an iced Americano and how to make it. No sugar in the drink and cinn on the side. Then the young gentlemen then said its with ice. Not to fully sure of the right format they were saying it but thats what the short version of it all was. I looked at my friend and I told him "my drink is ruined" before I even saw my drink. They barista then calls my order only to get a clear cups with water and shots & cinn. She then said to be careful because the americano was still warm. Ummmmmmmm no ice in my drink what so ever!!!!! Then handed me a hot cup with milk(it was cold) but plenty of milk to just add shots to it. I then told her thats alot of milk for my drink. Of course I asked her for ice but didnt even make it far with the cubes.i added a splash of milk to just be disappointed. It was so sad and I took 2 small sips to just have a watered down drink. I couldnt help but to toss the drink. My friend tried his spanish latter and it was pure milk. The other people that ordered ahead of us were waiting a bit longer for a missed drink. She asked them how it was and they said it needed to be more sweet. We all walked out and I told them if it was actually good and they said it was ok. Im sorry but I wont be returning to this establishment. This crew needs to be fully trained and have some type of knowledge with coffee. The space looks way bigger in videos. Atmosphere was a bit disappointing from the space they have. This was my personal experience and the service I was given. Decided to try out this new coffee shop people were raving about. My initial thought of the place was it being very well designed and had some beautiful paintings . There was a great selection of seating options. A young lady was in there studying and I was impressed on how she was able to stay focused with the music being extremely loud, even when ordering at the register area the employee and I had to lean in towards each other to be able to communicate effectively. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The strawberry matcha was okay . It was a bit bland in my opinion, the strawberry was a bit too grainy. The hot caramel latte was delicious, definitely worth the price. The Biscoff milk cake was nothing special, the only Biscoff flavor was on top which was drizzle and cookie crumbs, i wish they would've incorporated the Biscoff into the cake batter . read more

We brought our 90-year old grandfather here and he loved all the pastries!! Might be the best baklava I've ever had. We got the variety pack of three and loved all of them. The saffron tea was warm, cozy, and perfectly spiced--and they let you adjust the sugar level which was nice!! There was plenty of seating, and the place felt really clean and inviting with a nice, elegant vibe. The staff was friendly too, which made it even better. I ordered the pistachio latte with an extra shot of espresso, since I find it a bit weak otherwise. The latte itself was delicious. I really enjoyed the pistachio flavor they use. I also tried the milk pistachio cake, which was just okay. Most of the pistachio flavor seemed to be concentrated on the top, and the rest was fairly mild. One downside is their hours, coffee shops should really be open before 10 a.m. As for the service, my experience has been inconsistent. On opening day, the wait time was reasonable. However, when I went back on Saturday, I waited about 25 minutes for just one drink. On Sunday, the wait was nearly 40 minutes for two drinks. That's simply too long, regardless of how busy it is. It seems like the staff could benefit from better training to improve efficiency and handle orders more smoothly. read more

I wanted the honey comb, wasn't there. I got the latte with oat milk and caramel, but they forgot the caramel. I also got a danish, to which one of the workers were annoyed that I wanted it heated up. It took twenty minutes for me to get my latte. I sat down there for around an hour, and the music was so loud that i couldn't even hear when they called my order. It was a mix of 2016 and club music. First time we went here I fell in love with the whole vibe Including the cultural music they played. Was so excited for a place like this in Visalia. Living in San Diego and enjoying the places like this was such a treat. We went again on Saturday and was beyond disappointed! The minute we walked in the music was horrible and loud! They were playing inappropriate rap music that was awful and it was so loud I couldn't hear my husband talk without yelling. So we decided to take it to go. Absolutely amazing place the service A1 the pastries to die for very unique place. Visaila really needs more places like this amazing vibes very welcoming. I seen someone leave a review about the hours. I spoke to the owner, very humble, amazing guy. He said these are temporary hours that they will announce their official hours soon people really should ask questions instead of just assuming and leaving a one star reviews bashing these small businesses while they're trying to bring us top-tier locations and experience anyways highly recommended. It will be my new official coffee spot. If you have not went highly recommend you do and please be patient with them because everything they're doing is new to us and to the employees as well and with them being new there's a lot of people visiting. read more

so glad i ignored the negative reviews. the baristas were all so kind and welcoming. there was a minor mistake in my drink but they fixed it right away and were super nice about it. the pistachio latte was so so delicious and perfectly balanced. i like a bold coffee flavor and thought it was just right. they're a new business so obviously they're still learning what works and what doesn't. but i will def be returning! read more

We got there along with 4 other cars full of customers on opening day and they were still closed. I spoke to the manager which happened to be outside throwing away the trash and he told everyone that was there to, "come back at 10". Everybody, left a little bit upset and they went elsewhere to get their coffee. My wife and I ended up going back and it was a SHIT SHOW to say the least.... I asked the girl behind the counter handling the pastries a question and she "didn't know that to say" she didn't know anything about what I was asking her. They couldn't get their orders right, they were behind on everones drinks, they were giving customers the wrong drinks, and my Matcha had a super long hair inside my drink. It looks great and all from the inside but I personally wouldn't go back. read more
