The moment my husband and I met Christian we felt welcomed and immediately connected. As a gay couple, you never know how you'll be received from vendors and Christian was incredibly friendly and accepting. We knew we were in good hands and that Blanc Noir would be the perfect DJ, and WOW, Christian went above and beyond for us. Not only did Christian make sure to play every song we wanted to hear, but he also made sure to not play all the songs we didn't want to hear, which in my opinion is just as important. Christian and his amazing team covered everything from sound during the ceremony, to music during the cocktail hour, and was also the perfect emcee for the evening. Here is my response to your complaints as follows .. #1 - Our TVs are 55 inch TVs on 5-6 foot truss stands - no they do not rotate as most of them don't .. It is not our fault or liability if the way the room is designed in conjunction with how our TVs are set up that guests can not see them - we have actually NEVER had this complaint EVER !! #2 - 2 business cards on the table is not our fault if someone puts them there. ALSO, your complaining about 2 cards? Why would my DJ leave 2 cards there - i never did that in 30 years of business - sorry this so offends you .. Also, you can not tell me I CANT bring my cards into a venue .. IN THE email you stated a DJ isn't supposed to have cards at a wedding what if someone asks for them .. EVERY DJ company brings cards .. theres no LAW .. totally ridiculous .. IF you tell this to anyone they will laugh .. DO YOU think this is my first wedding I've done .. this is my lively hood .. #3 - We were given by you a numerous page "thesis" of one big run on sentence of all requests .. requests of things we never experienced or heard of in 30 years .. We couldn't even make out half the things you meant. I can't help it if people didn't want to get up and dance with your sons line dance .. We CANT force people to get on a dance floor. #4. Our wedding will go down as the most memorable night of our lives, and that is in no small part…read morethanks to our excellent DJ, Ben Coleman from Remixologists, aka DJ Benja Styles. I'm not exaggerating when I say that once we opened the dance floor during our reception, it was packed for the entirety of the night with excited guests from many generations singing and dancing along to his impeccable set from start to finish. Ben impressed us so much with his attention to detail, responding directly to how our guests reacted to each track, seamlessly transitioning to the next, feeding into the vibe while still surprising us with exciting twists and turns. As emcee for the night, Ben couldn't have been more professional. His announcements were clear, even the difficult names were pronounced perfectly, and every music cue during our cocktail hour, ceremony, cake cutting, and reception was perfectly timed. Ben provided us with very easy-to-follow instructions to help him shape our night. His communication with us was crystal clear; we knew exactly what he needed, and we trusted him to carry it out. We met with him a few times over Zoom in the year leading up to the wedding, and he worked directly with our wedding planner, who recommended him, nailing every detail and request made along the way. I was never once worried or anxious about our decision to work with Ben and Remixologists, as it was very clear he understood exactly what we were looking for, and he was friendly and confident throughout the entire process. Working with Ben was hands down one of our favorite parts of our wedding planning and the event itself. Now a month out, we're still getting compliments from our guests about how much fun our reception was. We wholeheartedly endorse Ben and Remixologists. Our wedding simply wouldn't have been the same without him. He's a true professional, through and through.

We used this DJ service for our wedding and we did not have a good experience. They have an online…read moresystem where you pick your songs. We picked Elvis Presley's "Can't Help Falling In Love" as our introductory song as a married couple. We chose the original version sung by Elvis. They played some other Irish folk version of this song. Right from the start, it was not good. Then after the mother/son & father/daughter dance, it was time for the bridal party dance. All of a sudden, the music just cut out and completely stopped for about 15-20 minutes. The DJ apologized to me and said he would work his butt off the rest of the night to make the night better, but the damage was already done. We should have been offered a discount for their errors but we were not offered one. I would never use this DJ again nor would I recommend them to anyone else. You get what you pay for.
