    For starters my husband and I planned our entire wedding in a long distance relationship, so all of…read moreour communication with Jacqueline was via phone or email. She recognized that John and I lived 6 hours apart from day one and was really lenient about us getting schedules to her or not always being in immediate contact with her. We're a pretty relaxed couple and if things don't go exactly as planned, it's cool. I mean, wedding planning is no vacation, but when it came to the day of the wedding,Jacqueline made sure it was smooth sailing. So, to get to the day of the wedding, beginning at 4:00 PM we had one hour to set up (yes, one hour) all of our decorations, tables, chairs, etc...We gave her a spreadsheet of our family and friends with assigned tasks and the order we thought things should be set up in. When John arrived at the venue at 4:30 to make sure all was well he said there were only a couple 'not so urgent' things to be done. So basically she was able to direct our 'volunteers' to set up the entire wedding in 30 minutes. Dang, right? Jacqueline and her assistant made sure our ceremony was flawless. The family, bridesmaids & groomsmen, flower girls, and me and dog made it down the aisle with no problems. Once the vows were said she made sure John and I got through our 20 minute photo shoot (we did family photos prior to the ceremony to save time) quickly, then made our grand entrance. After the grand entrance we began cocktail hour. So while John and I shmoozed, Jacqueline seemed to just move through the crowd, checking the games area, beverage station, checking the tables, making sure the food was ready in time, making sure John and I were comfortable, really just everything. Right on schedule Jacqueline made sure all the guests found their seats for dinner. This was a scary part for me personally because dinner is when toasts happen....and wacky family members can impose quickly. Right off the bat Jacqueline made it clear she would deter anyone trying to snatch the mic to make a surprise toast (It was like she secretly knew my mother is bat shit crazy). She made sure there were only the 2 toasts from the Best Man and Maid of Honor, then we got to say our thank yous. After dinner and toasts we moved to dancing and that was basically the end of our evening. We did a small cake cutting, but no bouquet toss or anything else. Overall, Jacqueline was organized and timely. She made sure our evening proceeded the way we wanted it to. She took care of us and we appreciate her so much! Finally, I have to commend Jacqueline on her superb ability to communicate with the DJ. Not needing to worry with speaking to the DJ really made it a smooth night!

We laid all the groundwork and set the wheels in motion. About a month before the wedding we realized that we wanted to thoroughly enjoy the day and not worry about the 1,000 details that need to go off without a hitch. I was given Jacquelin's contact info. Well let me just say that she was fabulous! She took over about 2 weeks before the big day and we had the best day celebrating without any concerns. She was amazing, pulled EVERYTHING together and kept us on schedule! Her experience, professionalism, and organization are top notch! We highly recommend Wingett Weddings and Events!

    I hired Kelly as my Day of Coordinator as well as utilizing Daisy Mae and the Corral Booth…read more Although communication throughout the whole process wasn't the quickest, Kelly did an amazing job on the day before and day of the wedding. Kelly and her team made setting up a breeze. They knew exactly how to maneuver each aspect of the venue. On the day of the wedding, Kelly was truly the biggest help. She was everywhere at once and helping with every step. At one point, I looked at Kelly as I was overwhelmed with the moment and she knew exactly how to get me out of the stressful situation and guide everyone to the next step of the reception. She was by your side the whole time without being overbearing. I couldn't have had a better coordinator. Daisy Mae was such a great choice to add to our barn wedding. Kelly's team of bartenders were ON TOP of it. We had about 150ish people who were drinking for the whole 6 hours. They did a great job at creating our signature drinks and utilizing the alcohol provided. The Corral Booth was great. We added a photo printer to utilize for our guest book. Kelly doesn't typically use this as the pictures are sent digitally, but she added it for us. The printer had trouble keeping up with the amount of pictures taken, but Kelly personally checked on it throughout the night and made sure I received all the printed pictures. I also loved being able to have access to all the pictures that people took throughout the night. Overall, Kelly and her team helped make our wedding everything we wanted. Thank you!

Overall with Covid I had enough to worry about and they made everything a smooth transition and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a rental company for any event. I ordered the rustic tables, chairs, Daisy Mae (bar) and recieved nothing but compliments and positive bartender feedback. Added photos of initial setup! Thank you again for being humble, accommodating and providing the best service ever!

Lina stepped up for us and helped put together a FANTASTIC party. She transformed a businesslike boardroom into a magical place for a ceremony. She provided the tables, chairs, curtains, most of the decorations, and did the floral pieces as well. She coordinated with our vendors and helped make the ceremony and luncheon one that my parents and their guests will remember forever. In addition to all the setup and coordination, she suggested a photo booth that would print out photos right there that all our guests enjoyed. We could not have done it without her and would gladly recommend her to anyone.

Once we eventually got our photos back we could see just how badly she had done. She used fake flowers when we paid for real, used the literal cheapest decor everywhere possible. We were sold a dream and were left with unlit tacky candles, plastic walls, exposed sand bags and BARE minimum decor. Practically everything she did for us was CHEAP and TACKY. She lied to us about having "a team" when it was just her husband and son that evening. When we reached out for a refund she agreed (clearly she knew she didn't do a good job) but when it was time to pay us she ghosted us for a year despite multiple efforts. Stay far away!!!

Kim, you are truly an angel, and both Antonio and I are so grateful that we had the opportunity to work with you! Both my husband and I are perfectionists, and during our consultation, Kim understood our vision. What truly warmed my heart--and the reason we decided to move forward with her--was when she said, "If you move forward with me, I can assure you that I will treat your wedding like my own," and she did just that! We had a vision, and she truly brought it to life. Our vision was romantic, dreamy, and elegant, and she executed the plan perfectly. We had so many moments where we were in sync! I could simply say, "Kim, I want this," and her response was always, "It's already done!" Kim anticipated our needs, and she made this process both fun and seamless. As we all know, wedding planning can be stressful, but when you have a team of people who care and want the best for you, it makes it enjoyable. Kim is so kind and understanding. There were times when I felt stressed about the wedding, and I could call her to vent. She would always offer positive words of encouragement and reassure me that everything would work out.     I am so disappointed with the unprofessional service. We communicated, agreed and signed a…read morecontract for my future event. I put down 1st installment of deposit only to be told (almost a month discussing project) she couldn't do my event due to another event on the same day!!! So she got a better event to do? That's just not right. And now I need to wait 7-14 days for my money refund when I could use it to help me find someone new!!! I should have known better when she failed to come over and look at my yard twice, and then just requested another deposit!! She knew then that she was going to be canceling on me! Now I have less than two weeks to find someone. Overall just really upset of being tossed aside cause she got a better gig to do!!!
