After calling various places to see if they perfromed underarm waxes, I was happy to find this place and hear that they had an immediate appointment available. After I arrived, I checked in, signed a waiver paper and waited. I was kind of nervous because it was my first time, so I wasn't sure what type of pain to expect. They called me back after a few minutes and she got right into it. Pain level wasn't bad and before I knew it she was done. She only lasted a few minutes and gave me a mirror to look. There was literally so many hairs left you couldn't even tell I got waxed. I asked her if it was normal to have so many hairs and she tried to take off a little bit more. Sadly I still had to go home and pluck out about 30 hairs from each side. Pretty steep prices for me to pay some one and then go home and finish it myself. First and last time I go. read more

Got a Brazilian Wax, it was quick and painless. Location is good, also clean. 4/5 stars bc of pricing. It was $65 for a Brazilian.$78 all in, including tip.A bit pricey, I normally pay $45-50 for the wax and then tip 20%. Too early to speak for the quality of the wax it's self. Seems good, wasn't too hot or messy. No wax paper strips. Seems good, but won't be able to tell for a weeks when I get the tell tale bumps. But so far so good, would just prefer more competitive prices. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I called last min and they were able to get me same day for waxing! This place has a great atmosphere, everyone I met when I came in was nice and very friendly! The owner Jessica aka Cat was very fun to talk to along with the other ladies! I had my wax session with Alex. She did my Brazillian and legs really quickly and was very thorough she even took care of some pesky ingrowns. I've been waxing for a long time so generally it really dose not hurt, but it was painless. I will definitely recommending this place to any and every chic I know! Owner, Jessica Griffeth, is very friendly and professional. Studio is located in downtown Visalia area and is close to many businesses. Studio is clean and inviting. She works fast and is on time with her appointments. Very hard to find an esthetician that will also take care of men's grooming needs, so Jessica is a must for any man who wishes to be waxed. Was very disappointed. With such excellent reviews, I was so hopeful. 1. They were able to get me in short notice which is awesome. 2. The lady who did my wax was very nice, but the wax they use is AWFUL! It ripped skin off of me in two places! That is the main reason for the review. I recommend trying to find a place that offers sugaring. I find it is less harsh on the skin and does a better job. Or maybe they will adapt it into their spa. (One photo was taken later. I've been getting waxed here since 2019 and have had my (Brazilian, underarm, & full leg) waxes done by different people here. I have a different relationship with each of them and every time we catch up, it's nice & quick. They always take out any stubborn or ingrown hairs. Also my waxes are always super clean & last long. I went to Alex she made me feel comfortable but her work wasn't all that great I had hairs that she could have plucked out .. she didn't even wax me good I still had long hairs This was a bad experience I been wanting to get one since forever she said she had over 10 years of experience... why do I still have hairrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!
