All of the TLC employees were friendly, professional & showed good workmanship. I would recommend TLC to anyone but would caution them on their shingle color selection.

He never called back and I ended up calling him a week later. He told me he would have an estimate ready by the end of the day. Again, he never got back to us. I called him again about a week later and left a voicemail. Still no response after a week. I can understand if something came up or if he didn't want to do the project upfront when we met. This has delayed our project from being completed. I believe this is completely disrespectful and unprofessional behavior to customers. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

They thought of things and asked questions I would never have anticipated (educating me and sharing why I should not put a satellite dish on my roof).
