Bonnie is truly a professional in every sense of the word! She has many years of experience in the industry and it shows; her expertise and knowledge are both remarkable and immeasurable. Not even a week after meeting Bonnie, she had me scheduled to interview at the most reputable firm in DC. It was nerve-wrecking but Bonnie was right by my side every step of the way. She constantly kept in touch via e-mail, phone calls, and texts and prepped me for both the question portion of the interview as well as the testing phase. I consider myself lucky to have worked with Bonnie. Hopefully, I won't need to use her in the future; however, if I or anyone I know in the law field needs a recruiter in the future, I will always recommend Bonnie!

She helped me in so many different ways; more than I could ever ask for from a recruiter. From the interview process to accepting my position, she was there the whole way. I really appreciate everything she did for me throughout my process. She truly cared about what position was best for me and it really meant a lot. I highly recommend her for your professional employment needs.

Management needs a major house cleaning. I mean Code BROWN! (Ask a nurse)…read more Just like the Dump, DUMP, Dump everything must go! The directors and VPs cover for one another and dismiss one another's unprofessional behavior by lying, sidelining, and imploring devisive tactics that play employees against each other. A real check and balances system needs to be implemented. There are no gate keepers. Who is supervising the "overseer"? The overseer is tasked with ensuring the workers' productivity. However, the overseer micromanaged and spoke harshly to the workers. (Sn:This rating has NOTHING to do with race) The poor management has more to do with directors not having the emotional intelligence or current transferrable skills to lead a very small team in making collaborative, fair decisions based on empathy and genuine concern for the people under their direct report. If a "leader" is unable to put their very personal hurt feelings/bruised ego to the side, long enough to actively listen to their subordinates and make necessary changes, then they won't ever get higher than a 1 Star from me. That's sad because I never send food back to the kitchen. The work environment is toxic.
