The Rep also cuts you off when you are trying to speak. The rep will also state that she will call back and she never does. I have had to wait up to 2 hours for her to call back and then I end up having to call them again. I have also asked to speak with the manager it never happens. Beware and stay away as they do not do what they tell you they will do for you. I had to contact my bank to get the charge disputed. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
