I went to the Wild Rose Audiology Clinic recently for a pre-employment hearing test. The process…read morewent smoothly from the time that I called to made the appointment all the way through to the completion of the test itself. The staff are knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. My appointment was for 1:30 and that's exactly what time they took me in. Understandably they must work with a lot of people that are deaf or extremely hard of hearing because when I sat down in the sound booth, the audiologist yells cheerfully, "HI, I'LL BE DOING YOUR TEST TODAY!" I'm not deaf, I'm just here for a hearing confirmation exam. I might be deaf when i leave... They are closed at lunch so you won't be able to pop in during your lunch break. They sell a wide variety of special needs hearing products and provide rehabilitative services as well. I didn't have to utilize any of these but if I ever experience hearing problems I won't hesitate to contact the Wild Rose Clinic. They deserve the business. It will give them someone to yell at.

Grandin Medical Clinic is still our go to for proximity to home as well as walk-in availability…read morewhen you can't get into your family doctor. They have an x-Ray lab in the basement through mic which can definitely be a timesaver and a small little attached pharmacy. You still can only book appointments when your doctor's nurse is in and the on call doctor name isn't revealed over the phone. Evening walk-in M-Th and Saturday AM as well. They have a clinic nurse on shift M-F who does injections and can almost always squeeze me in last minute!

Management is likely the problem of the clinic. Feels like they try to jam the doctors with with…read morethe most amount of patients in the shortest period of time. It used to be better before enacting central booking, and I'm sure a few other changes behind the scenes. Now, it feels very unwelcoming and lacking patient care. There are few wonderful doctors in there, but such a shame in the way it is run.
