Whoever posted the picture of the handsome young man working hard , and is trying to spread lies about him needs to stop. I just happened to be there during the incident they were referring too.. the two people were parked at a gas pump for 30 minutes ,(without pumping or even paying for gas), I think he gave them more than enough time to decide what they were going to do. I saw him walk around all the pumps at least twice .. then finally when he did(respectfully) ask them if they could move to a parking space they started twerking out on him. The gas here is not high-quality. The service is dreadful I came in and asked to use the restroom and the bathroom is out of service, which is understandable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GAS STATION!!!. I have been one of multiple people who have been harrassed and threatened by their employee that washes the pumps. He dresses like a gang member with no name tag and threatened to hit me with his paint scrapper because he said I took too long to get out of my vehicle. Then as I proceeded to pump gas he kept shouting to my girlfriend in the car who was video taping the entire incident, "He has no idea how to pump gas you duck limped baby momma" which we don't have kids at all. It was so uncalled for and unprofessional. He proceeded to tell me he would turn off the pumps if I didn't spend a certain amount and was yelling gang symbols and phrases at the camera about YouTube. He then called the police on me and got my license plate number. The sad part of this all is that the police said they know of him and when I called to press charges and said how scared my girlfriend was, they said they could do nothing about it because the truth was somewhere in between when we have the whole thing recorded. I tried calling the store to speak to a manager but there is no number that works and is connected anywhere. If you care about your family's safety and now know you will not be protected against criminal threats by our local police. Then definitely go to a different gas station. which is a bummer because I've been going there since I moved here and it has just gone downhill. Be safe! I just want a safe community. read more

This place is very dirty. Gas pumps were dirty, trash laying everywhere. Very nasty gas station

I have always liked getting my gas here it is right by the freeway and usually the pumps have water to wash the windows with so I like the location. recently I have noticed last 3 visits~~that the employees up in front reek of garlic and onions. ‼‼so bad. I know this might be their foods they eat as are a different Ethnicitiy. however it was such a strong gross smell I was gagging. I hope they read this and will stop eating that god awful smelling food so clients can come and pay for their gas and possibly shop. Please!!! read more

The gas pumps were out of order. No sign. I went inside and asked the rude little blond behind the counter was extremely rude and just shrugged when I asked why they didn't put up a sign or something. When I asked for her manager, she refused and said there were no working. Won't be going back. There is cheap gas elsewhere! read more

Beware of this disreputable, self-serving business! After gas poured out of my car, the employee said we'll put kitty litter on it & turned back to talk to his friend. Didn't ask about my car, how much was spiled, which pump; he didn't care. I called & asked for the manager to tell him how "great" his employee was, got the same guy& he said go ahead & tell my uncle, he won't care. I told him I was contacting the company & he said, "Who cares, they won't do nothing." Arco said they were independently owned & they could do little. Let me start off by saying the gas is always cheap. But a lot of there merchandize were covered with a thick layer of dust. The bathrooms are horrible. I can't even trust there food! Very dirty ! read more

The blonde curly hair female employee was rude. Would not refund my money when the air machine ate it. She stated that they had inspection today and they took the out of order sign down. She stated that there is a sign on it. I told there wasn't because I was just out there. I asked her if she would refund my money. She just laughed at me and told me basically "too bad". This was around 1p. I don't know if the sign is up yet. I WILL be telling everyone I know NOT to go there. I will NOT be going there again. This is the worst place. Air machine hasn't worked for months. Asain guy was a freaking idiot on the phone and absolutely rude. He told me that they would not refund my money and I would have to call the company. I don't understand why that location wouldn't refund me my money when the air machine is ON THEIR PROPERTY! He would NOT take my information and try to settle this stupid dispute peacefully. Told me the call and speak to the owner and manager in the morning. He yelled at me over the phone. He needs to learn to speak better English. To the owners and managers of this horrible place, hire intelligent people, don't treat them like dirt and maybe you will have better luck. While my husband pumped a FULL tank of gas I went in to get some creamer for my coffee. What must have been the owner/manager came running out after me yelling at me to return her creamer. I told her we were purchasing gas but she grabbed the creamer and ran back in. Super embarrassing & extremely rude :(( Gas is cheaper but don't STEAL the complimentary creamer!!! read more

Went to buy gas today. Machines broken to pay cash. Asked the lady who I now know at the Korean Owner when machines would be fixed. She yelled and cursed at me. She is nasty and speaks to her customers anyway!!!!!!! I* will never go there again and I have been on the coast for over 20 years!!! She has bad customer service. I spoke to her in the past bc my credit info was stolen when I used my card at her station --now I know she is Korean and my card was used there!! I will NEVER visit this establishment again. I went into the store due to the machine being out of order to put cash on a pump, the cashier put it on the wrong pump and gave MY money to a different customer. When I went back in to say that my pump was not working and he figured out what happened, he then proceeded to tell me that I told him the wrong pump number and that there was nothing he could do about MY mistake. I have been in customer service for many years, you always own up to your own mistakes....and you always try to correct the issue. This man proceeded to then yell at me in front of everyone else in the store when I told him that I wanted to speak to the manager or the owner of the store. I left embarrassed and upset and without my money and or gasoline. I returned the next day and explained the situation to the owner and she defended her employee's bad behavior!! They may have cheap gasoline, but the service was horrible, I rather pay higher prices for better service!! read more
