Every other employee here rings up app rewards completely free, but one cashier consistently adds random charges/taxes and gets defensive when questioned about it. After it happening multiple times with the same person only, it definitely doesn't feel like a coincidence. Clean and new, but they don't want you to use the restrooms! I bought $50 worth of diesel and went inside to use the restroom and purchase some snacks. I was told that they can't find the restroom key, and when I asked about the other "Gender neutral" restroom, I was told that it is out of order. Hey Arco, how about you just say NO RESTROOMS instead of lying and insulting your customers. At that point, I couldn't find my wallet either! Needless to say I went elsewhere for snacks and I would have returned the fuel if I could have. Never again...........! read more

Went last night to check my lotto tickets and buy some more, the lady behind the register seemed to be having a bad evening. Her attitude was shitty and when she checked my tickets she said they weren't winners. She was going to throw them away and I asked for them back because I knew I had one mega number which was a couple dollars. I don't frequent this place often only when visiting family. But I would not recommend going her simply because of my one experience. read more

Stopped coming here, do you know the movie "Menace II Society" where the Asians were like "Hurry Up and Buy" in this case they do that mentally, just staring at you and once they cant see you they walk around with a broom. Note they are not Asians this is me explaining my experience. plus they don't restock there IPA beers and when i ask if they can restock or when are they getting more in they give me dirty look saying "No Do You Need Something" so that's mainly why its 1 star, i don't mind a little staring lol. Kinda uncalled for though, they told me "tell me when your leaving" like are you serious? i was confused but nah they actually think ima steal while driving a sports car lol trust me adults that have money that come to your store almost everyday to buy beer are not stealing jeez. AM/PM in Arvin, where do I start!? You lack customer service, your employees are too busy on their phones to even greet or acknowledge you walking in. Your pumps are always messed up and the employees seem to not care no matter what time of the day it is. They act like you owe them something. This has to be one of the worst experiences so far. I walked in into this store with my family, it was five of us so of course it took us some time to get what we wanted. We all got food and bread and coffee. We noticed the lady in the register looking at us kinda mad. When we were ready to pay she was so mad. We didn't know what was her problem. Then she said that we needed to basically hurry up. She was beyond rude! I would rather take my business somewhere else then to deal with this type of service! DON'T go here! This had to be the worst experience ever I went into the store trying to use the rest room when I asked for the key I get a no instantly I asked why is it not ok with you the cashier says no they are getting cleaned I said there is two restrooms then she proceeds to say that I want a customer I told her yes I am and she replies no you are not as she says that another associate who was nice enough to hand me the key let's me use the restroom. When I asked for a managers name and number soni the cashier that was being rude blows up in front of customers and tells me to get out. Honestly people like that have no place in customer service if she had personal problem maybe she should take care of them on her own time.
