I probably visit this Sully's location the most from all the Sully's in town. Sully's has a reward system, so if you visit any of the Sully's location make sure to use your reward points for discounts on goodies and gas. If you're like me and go to Sully's more than grocery stores then you definitely need to get on their rewards system, the process is pretty easy. They give you a card and you can register it with your cellphone so you can just punch in your cellphone number when you check out and instant discount. I love the gas stations that sell all products from local businesses. I think it's important to support our local stores because they are what makes our communities. They have all the goodies here!!! They have tons of small vendors and big shops like Smith's Bakery and Dewar's. I have even ordered a Smith's Bakery cake here before and that's super convenient for me because the next closest Smith's Bakery sells out quick. If you haven't ever visited a Sully's in town, you should check it out. You can pretty much find anything you're looking for here. Mornings are pretty busy at this location, but I noticed it slows down during the day. The store is always clean and the staff is always super friendly! read more

My husband loves the Sully's gas stations and I can see why with this one! They have more stuff than your regular gas station mini-mart. They really focus on carrying many local treats and that is so awesome! I love the varied options they have for both health conscious and those not so worried about it lol. My husband likes Sully's stations because they tend to carry lots of beer. Especially specialty brews, small-batch beers, and other not-so-common options. And lots of them! This location does have a "beer cave" although he mentioned it's a little smaller than at some other Sully's stations but he's not gonna complain. He always finds something he likes and something new to try. They also have pre-packaged sandwiches, salads, and other food options that look fresh and almost appealing if you're in a pinch for lunch. ;) My favorite part of Sully's stations is the friendly customer service. Everyone is always so nice and, from what I hear, it's the same across most, if not all of their marts which is awesome! And they're clean! We'll be frequent customers here as it's about a minute drive from home! Score! read more

This used to be our regular Sully's, but recently we drive an extra two miles to the Ming location due to the fact that Buena Vista is below expectations. Today we running errands and stopped in to grab drinks. As soon as we walked in the cups were out and we turned around and walked right out. We've had similar experiences and we knew better, just drive to Ming and save yourself from the terrible upkeep and slow service. So, we will be happy when Brittany is back to manage the location better. read more

I am a fan of all the Sully's Chevron stations. This one on Buena Vista Rd. is terrific too. Very clean inside and outside. They sell Smith's Bakery baked goods plus a bunch of other merchandise you do not find at any other convenience store. Service is top notch. I only have one complaint. Their gas prices are way too much higher than the competition. Cannot afford to go here on a regular basis. read more

This Sullys is one on my commute, so I was pretty thrilled when it opened. It is getting harder and harder to find businesses that are open 24 hours a day, so I really appreciate that they are open in a pinch. This has come in handy for my shift work and also late night cravings or needing meds. This particular Sullys is a bit smaller than the one on Ming but still has a lot to offer. Plenty of local goods, fresh and just local crafts. They have a great coffee bar, the freal milkshake machine, lots of sodas and alcohol to choose from, snacks, medicine, etc. Even gallon of local ice cream (Dewars) in a few varieties, smith donuts and cookies, local cold brew coffee, and work meals in a pinch. The workers here are always friendly. Everything is on the pricey side, which for food I have come to terms with but I don't really buy gas here. It's always some of the highest prices per gallon in town. read more

My girlfriend lives around the corner and we come here all the time. Literally the best service from anywhere, let alone a gas station, you could imagine. The workers are always super nice and friendly and willing to compromise on anything. Never had a single snooty cashier. Not to mention this gas station is like a mini grocery store. I drop by often during the weekdays to grab a cup of coffee or something yummy from their many drink options. I am always greeted with a friendly "Good morning". The place is always clean, the people are pleasant and the coffee is delicious. I like all the extras at the drink station. Every 6 drinks, you get the 7th free! First time visit was a complete joke! I went in the store picked out a smoothie from the case, I then picked out a bottle of water that was priced $2.19. I took my merchandise to the counter. Where I was then informed the machine for the smoothies did not work. So I put that back. The cashier the rung up the bottle of water $2.59. I then informed her that it's entire row is labeled $2.19. She proceeds to tell me that they will put anything in the empty spots just to fill in the holes. I informed her by doing so you are required to sell the merchandise at the price you have it listed under. She informed me her management doesn't honor the pricing that they label there product under. Needless to say I did not purchase anything and I will not purchase anything at any Sully's in Bakersfield. What a joke! read more

Is there a sullys out there that isn't awesome!?!? Well this one is no different! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The place is always clean. And the options... okay I know it's a gas station but for Bakersfield, Sullys just feels like so much more. It's a place that sells your local favorites from all over town from Luigi's pasta sauce to Cafe Med Hummus to Smith's amazing donuts and cookies! While they have name brand items, I would say 20% of the store is local goods which is just amazing. Plus they have any drink you could want from a gas station from a huge choice of sodas, to a ton of icee options, flavored teas, coffee drinks and even a milkshake machine. It just blows away my expectations for a gas station store and basically ruins every other gas station for me! read more
