This is our normal stop on the way to Shelton. The gas prices are usually good. They have a bathroom, which is always convenient. The one thing they do not have is any kind of window washing supplies or squeegees. That is the strangest thing I've ever seen. Stop going here after years of buy gas here. The gas got cheaper or something cause it was making truck run hard. This happened after station became corp location. Won't be back use Chevron now. I guess at $2.95 a gallon you get what you pay for. I miss Gull gas stations. read more

Hello my name is Austin cooper I've worked for Michelle for I believe the past 4-5 months and within that time I have seen her lie to company about where she was and what she was doing such as saying that she was sick for a week but instead went to a concert, and just so she wouldn't have to come in, I have also seen her tell us we are being positioned in places that is better suited for us and then we never got that position. So I was injured and brought in doctors not that said 9-12 off to heal she called and tried to make me work all those days saying that no one can cover but two people had days off to help her move her house from i don't know where to centralia and then proceeded to have a coworker stay the night, to top it off she fired me for the fact that she did not post the new schedule until the day I was scheduled to work so when I looked at it Monday morning before I left for home i thought I was running same schedule as last weeks and took Monday off like it said then proceeded to speak gibberish and I thought she ment it's ok take day off but that wasn't the case In other cases she has picked up a coworker from the store who wasn't working and brought him home over nite also when my hands where healing I asked if I could be put on another shift one where 5 people are on shift and she kept me on graveyard alone and forced me to hurt my hands more so I wouldn't lose my job however I did flip out and kick the metal bottom of door on way out and left raither fast Their HR then says you were all over the place and it makes no sense were you drinking are you still drinking I don't drink alcohol and when I do it is only 1-2 beers read more

I am frequently in the neighborhood of the am/pm store on Harrison in Centralia Washington. I visit my boyfriend in Centralia from out of town. I appreciate the gas prices at the Harrison store. I do not however appreciate all of the policy and procedures the employees are being told to abide by. Every single time I have gone there, ( Which will never happen again) there is always a problem with something pertaining to me or my transactions. Anything from not being able to give me change for a fifty dollar bill (of which I am filling my car So change would only need to be 25$ at the most) at 430 in the morning on my way to work which is a hour and a half drive for me . Half or more if the gas pumps have been out of order for this entire year, or it is impossible to use a card at the pump. Not an option. Forcing customers to have to go inside. Face masks being enforced keeps customers from the ability to go inside. So that leaves someone screwed out if getting gas. I've been a victim of this as well. And finally, the ID situation for buying tobacco. My boyfriend and I are in our thirties and forties. Shopping together in the store he walks out before I pay for anything. So he can be ready to pump my gas, while I'm waiting in line. Which is always long and time consuming. There is only one cashier at a time ever! I finally get up to the counter to pay as well as buy tobacco. I am immediately denied tobacco sales because the cashier is insisting I show both my and my boyfriend's ID for my pack of cigarettes I am buying. For me. There for I always end up leaving dissatisfied, a little disgruntled and telling myself I will never frequent this ampm again. I don't care if they have the cheapest gas around, it is not worth my time and stress at 430 in the morning on my way to work, an hour and a half away. Thanks, but no thanks. Do not recommend this particular store. Thumbs down. The managers are rude and impatient when I have asked about or brought up any of these situations. I do not appreciate the way I am treated.
