Stopped here to get gas because I literally was about to run out. (Moving and it slipped my mind.) When I got to the register with my water, she was testing her blood for diabetes. I have complete empathy for that as I have a chronic illness myself. I said, "Please finish. You need to take care of yourself." I waited. She said she was feeling dizzy. What made me rate this as a three star is that when I pulled out my card, she said, "Oh the debit machine is broken." I said, "Oh. Is it broken on the gas pumps too because I need to get gas too." "Oh you're getting gas too? Let's give it a try." All of a sudden when she's about to make more money from me, the debit machine is working? Seems funny to me. There was no pleasantry. No thank you. And even when I said, "I hope you feel better quickly." She sort of grunted at me. To whom it may concerned, Why don't you have a sign stating that you only accept cash and debit only? ***It will help all your customers and save everyone time when you aware them of this matter. -------------------------------------------- Tonight, I was in a situation when I kept trying to put my credit card a few more times and just have repeatedly prompted me to see an assistant. I see that it has Debit option, but doesn't state that it's for debit only. I was thinking maybe because I was in a rush to pump gas that it's trying to mess with me!?..then I realized that it wasn't reading my card and that I have to follow instructions to the see an assistant or call for help prompted. I finally walked inside and asked the front associate/cashier if I have to pay in front with a credit card, because the machine said to see them. The respond I got was...oh, we only accept debit or cash only. I said thank you and walked out. Thinking in my head of "Okay! Well, now I know so, next time for sure I will bring more cash and make sure to bring my debit as well." I did have some cash but, I wanted to use my credit card to earn rewards. I went back inside my car and grab my purse to get some cash, but I stopped because I thought to myself that I can just drive down a little bit more in a different gas station to still go with my exact plan of earning my rewards on my credit card. Aida, I'm sorry for anything that's happened to you in your life that has made you so tough. I pray you find happiness and peace. I thank you for your service today. -Ash The store is clean, they have a cute coffee bar with good coffee creams and many assorted syrups and toppings. I like that they have a good energy drink selection and they are 3 for $4.50 mix and match. The employees are very nice, Aida is a mature older woman and it's their family store. I have patience for her. I will win her over one day. The gas is affordable, cheaper then their neighbor. It's convenient and easy to pull in and exit out. When going her just take in consideration the cultural background and hard loves they may have lived where they were from and be good to them. In the end you soften their heart with kindness, being angry is only going to give them good reason to be angry. If Aida is from India, that culture is very legalistic and hard. She may have grew up in poverty and coming here to see us brat entitled Americans take everything for granted may upset her. Plus working at an older age, and at a gas sty. If the mechanics didn't leave me bone dry I would've went the extra mile to a better gas station. Not only are they ridiculous in their cost for gasoline but they don't take credit cards, only debit and then they hit you with an additional $.35 fee. Terrible place, I didn't even want to give it 1 star. I can't believe that gas station is still in business. They don't take credit cards and they charge you a lot extra if you use your debt card. The little old lady that works there is so rude. I told her I will go some where else and she said, "pay with cash" and I said Again I will just go somewhere else and she said"we don't care". Gas prices good - finding a pump that works is impossible. Yellow bags on half the of pumps and 1/2 of the rest are a crap shoot. Get it together AM/PM. read more

2 of the pumps didn't work. The place doesn't take credit cards! In this day and age. Lol. I went inside to take care of the pump issue and the attendant was rude. Don't get gas here unless you are completely without an option. read more

Pretty good gas prices all the time. Kind of an odd layout inside but there's a few things to be had in this little store. Its also an Arco with diesel fuel. Rare as that is it even has a good price for that too. The staff is quiet but friendly. And if you're lucky you might even find a squeegee to wash your windows out by the pumps. read more

Horrible customer service, on two separate occasions I had to go back into the store after paying for gas because the lady forgot to start the pump,there always a long line and it never fails everytime i enter the store the cashier is either in the back room or the rest room, with no sense of urgency what so ever, makes me so frustrated seeing that It's called a convenient store for a reason. read more

DO NOT GO HERE or any Arco. From the outside, they look good, cheap, lots of pumps and a clean store (the only reason they received 2 stars instead of 1). But they charge 35 cents per card transaction (I understand they get charged too, so it's not a terrible thing) BUT TWO TIMES NOW I have put $10 in and got NO GAS. And after telling the people working about it, I got no help at all. It's cheap because it's crap. read more
