Gas pumps have not worked the last two times I have been there. The pump kept clicking off no matter what angle I used and I lost my Safeway rewards points both times. This is a significant loss of money considering how high gas prices are now. Will not go back. read more

This car wash left deep scratches down the left side of the hood and the top of my car, as well as across my windshield. After months of investigation, apparently someone with a fishing rod in the bed of his truck entered the car wash prior to myself, and something got caught to one of the brushes in the car wash. After months and months of State Farm trying to collect the almost $3k in damages done to my car. I get a letter saying that it won't be paid, since Chevron's insurance company deems that it wasn't negligence on their part. I totally get that. It wasn't their fault. But it wasn't mine, either. The thing that is extremely frustrating to me, is that this happened to more than just my car. It happened to a number of individuals. And no one is getting reimbursed for anything, just screwed to pay the damages themselves. When I saw the damages, I called and spoke to what I assume was an associate. I asked how I would go about getting my car taken care of for the damages caused by going through their car wash. I was informed that would be handled through my insurance company. Indirectly said that if I were to handle it through the insurance company, it would be taken care of. So if someone left water on the floor in your store, and I tripped and broke my neck, would they not take any part and dispute paying out for that, too?? Had I known that their was something that was going to do that amount of damage to my car, I wouldn't have used the car wash. I've been very specific is where I take my car, because I take very good care of my vehicles. I've been taking my cars to THIS car wash for years. So I never expected this to happen or for it to be handled the way it was. I've spoken to the owner and manager in the store, both of which were polite about everything, as well as my own insurance company. But it really speaks, lack of customer service, when I call to talk to the owner only to be told he can't do anything if the insurance company won't pay. In my opinion, it's more of a "won't" do anything. I'm sorry to say, that because I got screwed for something that WASN'T my fault, I will not be returning to this store. read more

Live in the Islands and stop for supplies bout once a week, have been doing for 3 years. Staff has always been extremely friendly and get ya in and out until the past few weeks. Past few Sunday afternoons have encounter a young lady who is obviously now not capable. Have been short changed once before and she corrected, ok, will give her my some slack. Today Sunday it happened twice on the same transaction. I caught the first shortchange then she sorted the difference again. Asked to see the manager and she stated they were not available. She had a coat on with no name badge. Wouldn't give her name and told me to leave. Ny assessment is she is incompetent or I'll leave it to you guys to ascertain. The c- store business is easy for a clerk to add extra income. Worked 30 plus years in the industry. Hope you follow up! read more

Don't let this gas station fool you. They've got tons of great craft beer options inside! They also fill growlers here with a good sized selection and often run specials. They post on their Facebook page when they get new limited beer releases or is having beer specials. read more

The car wash machine quit half way through the car wash leaving my New Camaro full of soap suds. Took the car home and washed it myself like I should have done in the first place, but I was lazy. Do not trust this place to have working faculties, I learned the hard way. read more

One of the East Valley's best craft beer stores, Desert Rose Express has a large selection of craft beer, frequently including limited release beers. A large shelf directly across from the front door frequently has some of the more top end beers, but there are plenty on the shelf and the cooler as well. Desert Rose Express also has a large growler refill section. The owner has an excellent knowledge of craft beer, and I have found the staff to be as well. This is a great hidden gem for craft beer aficionados. The owner is very knowledgeable about craft beer and I usually have interesting conversations with him when I'm in there. They have a great bottle selection and quite a few taps. They have 32oz and 64oz growlers on hand. Follow them on Facebook as they post when they get new and rare stuff in. I stopped here to get my car washed at their drive-thru car wash. The wash put the soap on my car and then quit. I went inside to let them know. They apologized, refunded the money for the car wash, gave me a coupon for a free wash AND hosed the soap off my car. What amazing customer service!! read more

Gas is on the pricey side but what chevron isn't?! The price doesn't matter when they give the customer a great experience EVERYTIME. They are friendly and polite and keep a clean store! Plus they have the best beer/wine choices! I would recommend this location to anyone! read more
