Brought a very filthy car for cleaning and chose the Ultimate Wash with no air freshener. We had actually done a pre-vacuum before coming because of the dog hair and they did a great job with the vacuuming up of what was left. Car went through the wash system just fine and was met by a couple of people who went right to work with drying. They weren't particularly busy so that was nice! Overall a great job this time around and I truly appreciated the no-pressure welcome when we first arrived. I've experienced high pressure to purchase the membership or the more costly wash and this time I started by saying what wash I wanted and when asked about the membership, told him no that I wasn't interested. I came here today after receiving a free car wash coupon in the mail. I've never been to a Cobblestone before, but it was a pretty solid experience. The coupon was for a free detailing, which was a $28.00 value. My car DESPERATELY needed some TLC. The folks here at Cobblestone were great - they didn't try to upsell me too much and did a great job on the inside and outside of my car. I received an air freshener ("new car", if you're curious), and everything from the windows to the wheels were cleaned. Inside, there's a convenience store that has pretty much every snack and drink imaginable, and the prices were surprisingly cheap. The gal at the counter was also super nice. All in all, I spent about 20ish minutes here, from the time I drove up to the time I left and I walked away with a nutterbutter and a few cans of tea for less than $6. DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGED HERE EVER Just got mine changed and started driving down the road when I noticed many service alerts and errors on my car. Cart started lurching so I immediately pulled it into an autozone to have them check the error code. Yup you guessed it, they drained my transmission fluid and doubled the oil. This is what happens when someone inexperienced works on your car. I'm currently without a car and waiting to get it towed to a mechanic. Absolutely insane. A clearer wording on their website would be "Sign up to stay posted for future free washes" instead of "Sign up for a free wash!" - I selected their $19 wax wash, which was one of their better single-wash offers, yet the rear rim of my car was still plenty dirty after the whole wash. Went here today after an overdue car wash and was unsatisfied. They do not pay attention to any detail. I was quoted by a worker AFTER I returned to the car wash as they said 'we typically don't do the back hatch unless it's been opened'. I'll give credit to the worker for doing their best on vacuuming it out. But being as I paid almost thirty dollars, they overlooked EVERYTHING I actually wanted cleaned. Whether it's requested or not, this job was done half way. Also requested a scent and never got one in there. Instead the inside of my vehicle smelled like urine afterwards. DAMAGED MY TRUCK, TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY I brought my truck in for a full detail, excited to support this business and even planning to leave Marcos a generous tip and a positive review. Unfortunately, that quickly changed. When I picked up my truck, I immediately noticed seven small dents on the hood--none of which were there when I dropped it off. When I brought it to their attention, they denied any responsibility and refused to let me review the security footage. Instead, I was told to contact the corporate office. I did that--and never received a response. I've given them every opportunity to address this professionally, but they've offered no accountability, no explanation, and no follow-up. At this point, my only recourse is to leave this review, along with the photos and video that document the damage. I even have video footage from a camera in my garage that shows no dents when I leave from the appointment and then dents after the appointment. I assume that the buffing machine skipped on top of the hood, creating the dents, but, since they didn't let me review the security footage, I will never know. The manager Eric told me he would get in trouble if he allowed me to view the footage, but assured me that there's no footage of any damage... Yeah, right! Take your vehicle here at your own risk. We like this location because most of the time they do a fairly good job. Last time I had to push for the vacuum because of dog hair and this time I specifically asked for no scent and no tire dressing. When I got to the cashier to pay, I noticed that neither of my requests were noted so I said something to the cashier...her response was that even though it wasn't written down, they will do what I requested. Guess what? They didn't regarding the tire dressing. By the time we realized, it was too late. And fortunately there wasn't any scent! I had my oil changed today as well as my Ford Explorer fully detailed. They did an absolutely incredible job, and as a member I received an excellent deal. They're dog friendly so it was nice to be able to get some work done while letting my dog take in the sights. The staff were very kind and professional and extremely social which was amazing as my dog loved it and it was nice to chat with someone. Very clean. Highly recommend, will note that the detail service took twice as long as anticipated so be sure to drop off your car although if you plan to wait they have a great seating area. read more

I used to bring my car to cobblestone! It was my go to. But I brought my mom's car today to show her how good it is over super star, but I had dirt on the floor of the car still. The middle console wasn't touched, I had to pull to the side and clean it my self. For $34 definitely not worth it. Never again. read more

There is always plenty of room to sit and watch the car go through the wash or take a seat outside watch them take care of the inside and windows. Upon arriving, the employee who was helping me complained about how terrible his managers were; he wasn't happy working there. When I received my paperwork to pay, he didn't even put my first and last name on the account just a random letter "A." There was no email or phone number provided; he simply wrote "declined." Lastly, while waiting for my stepson's car wash to be finished, I noticed the splattered tire shine marks on the passenger doors. I observed the entire process, and both the lady and the supervisor in the red polo overlooked it. When the supervisor told me the car was ready, I touched the marks with my fingers and said, "You guys need to finish this." He replied with a cocky remark, "You're lucky we're not busy right now." I responded, "It's your job to make sure it's clean and finished." I will never come back to Cobblestone again shitty service! read more

I have always been pretty happy with my car wash results and I appreciate having the vacuum bays and towels to dry with after the wash. But I am not happy with the unlimited monthly package I bought. When I sold the truck I went online to cancel the unlimited washes, and it appeared to be done. Then I got an email from someone asking me if I wanted to put a hold on it so I could get a prorated refund. I had assumed I would get a refund for part of the month as it was the middle of the month. It seems that is only offered if you put things on hold. I don't plan to renew for unlimited as I wasn't really getting my money's worth, and I was not given any guidance on how to wash another vehicle for the rest of the month I paid for. So I am just out the money and no option to get my other car cleaned up. read more

Can someone please explain to me how this is considered clean? I took these maybe five minutes after leaving the car wash. I went in just for an oil change. Then I was pleasantly surprised when they told me it comes with a car wash. Ok well, that's awesome because a full-synthetic oil change is $83... so yes please I'll take a car wash added on. Keep in mind, Midas charges $60-something for a full-synthetic oil change and Walmart charges $50-something. Well, they do the oil change and then next thing you know I need transmission fluid. Ok, fine. Then I also need a filter change. Ok, fine again. Here's the deal. If my car needs something and it's not a cosmetic thing, I will pay to have it done. I use this car for my daily commute and my safety is important to me. I also would prefer to avoid paying more later down the line. The guy gives me an estimate and it's $175!!! WITH A $22 OFF COUPON!! And apparently, none of these things are service items that I can skip. I explain to him that money is a little tight right now and he tells me "no problem let me see what I can do to bring this down more." Ok well, he definitely didn't do anything to bring it down because it was $180 with taxes included. Here's the thing... if you can't bring the price down any further, that's fine just say that. BUT don't tell me you'll bring the price down and then just not bring the price down. AND then on top of it bring my car out and have there be visible dirt post-car wash. Like this is a car wash business. You would think they would at least give you a decent car wash if you're spending $180. Additionally, the whole thing took well over an hour. To me, this felt a bit too long. I mean there are drive-up oil change facilities that have you out within 15 minutes. read more

Self vacuums laying on the ground not working. I could suck harder than the one that was working at all. I pull up. There are 4 people in blue shirts in a circle. Nobody approaches me. They just having a good ol time. After waiting a while I yell "can I get someone to write me?". Guy says they are training the new girl. To do what? Ignore the customer? He writes me and I tell him it is ready to load. No vacuum. Hazards on. I go on the store. 5 minutes later I look back out. People standing around doing nothing. Car still sitting there. This is by far the worst overall experience I have ever had at any Cobblestone. Instead of opening all these new express locations you should focus on your existing stores. read more

I'm a Cobblestone monthly car wash member, and I come here often to wash my car, since this location is close to a gym I'm going. Monthly car wash indeed has good value, vacuum power is strong, and they even provide cloth for wiping cars. However, I think the car wash machine is pretty old, it stopped in the middle of washing my car multiple times in different days. Since I've been to other Cobblestone locations, I could really tell that my car doesn't get cleaned well here time to time. Anyways, still it's good value and location is pretty convenient, too. read more

I was looking for a car wash with a hand wax. What I got for $70 was a spray wax. It was just misrepresented. Car looks good and the serviceman was very responsive to my request for some extra attention to spots that had been missed. If you want a "real hand wax" you must ask for wax and buff. I've been doing my car washes here for many years and it just keeps getting worse and worse. This was my last time the prices have gone so high now $30 basic wash. they barely put any tire dressing. The whole wheel is still dirty. They don't even dust the inside it's almost the same as I brought it in the doors are dusty full of dirt. This is what you get for $36 + tip. After haggling with a salesman for 10 minutes to get a carwash and an hour later (quoted 25 minutes) the car was washed and slightly vacuumed. I asked specifically for the door/cup holders to be cleaned out and here are some pictures of the finished product. I went home, got the Clorox wipes out and spent an hour cleaning out what I'd just paid to have done. Extremely frustrating! The customer service at the cash register was great! read more
