The main reason I started coming here is because they have E85 and it's about $2.50 a gallon less. I just recently found out that my truck takes that so this place is a blessing. Unfortunately it's kind of crowded and it's on a small corner, and sometimes there's a wait. There's a couple people that work behind the counter that I really appreciate and there's one particular seems to have a disliking to me. The service here is friendly , that's primarily the good thing I can say about this location in addition to the convenience of it being close to where I am. The layout of the gas station is rather small and compact , you may have to wiggle your way in and out depending on the competence of other drivers. The gas prices here fluctuate up and down . For whatever reason, my Visa cards never work at the pump and I have to pre-pay inside. read more

I went in and paid for $xx gas and bought a few items as well. I went outside to pump my gas and not sure what happened, but I was not able to pump gas. I immediately went in and told them what happened and they basically accused me of trying to "steal" gas!! Apparently the person before me didn't close out, and it showed that gas was already pumped. Long story short, the guy slammed a receipt down on the counter and told me that I "made a mistake'"! I was completely taken aback, as I just wanted to get gas and leave. It was also embarrassing that it was in front of other people in the store. I come here all of the time - but never again. You need to train your employees to have better customer service and not make false accusations. I will be contacting your corporate office about this matter as well. read more

I'M SO DONE WITH THIS PLACE. This raggedy old place has been here forever. I used to come here. Then they changed the employees and they are all indifferent, slow minded and in action and they act like it's the last gas station on earth! They have to close down their registers for an hour or 2 every day to switch the shifts they say. Why don't they update their equipment or enter into this century and figure out how to avoid this. Absolutely horrible lack of service from Salvador I walk in no hello back that's fine but then I ask where the burritos are "what burritos?" The burritos u sell usually 2 for $5 our burritos if any are over there pointing across the store Ok I go over there do u have the deal? If we have a deal it'll come up at the register Oooook not great but it got way much worse He kept me waiting I was about to ask do I warm up the burrito first? Since he won't budge from the food? Are u ready? Yes keeps me waiting doesn't move Then finally walks over I do the scratch power app and win he proceeds to tell me I scan my phone on the credit card terminal I said no u scan it with the scanner he tells me no u use your phone I said that's for Apple Pay or credits cards there is no scanner for barcodes which this needs showing him (this tells me he doesn't know) but he proceeds to tell me I don't know what I'm doing for the next min plus raising his voice looking at customers behind me I said focus on me why are u looking for someone else for approval? If u don't know that's fine but don't charge. Me for it like you're doing then saying I'm doing it wrong just take it off/scan it. He stuck to his guns then proceeds to tell me that it's only a $.89 I said great that's not the point take it off or just realize that I'm trying to get out of here with my food let's go I said just charge me for the food he then only has the donut in screen I said u didn't even charge me for the food just charge the food. Cancelled charged he then says I'll pay for it for u I said u shouldn't have to do that if u don't know it's ok just say that he then finally says he's not sure how he sees everyone do it that way I said yes regular payment not free items someone didn't show u that's not your fault but do not tell the customer they are wrong and look at other customers like can u belie this guy. That makes it worse. I then allow the other customers to go ahead to not hold up the other 2 I warm up my burrito he tells me I have to pay for the food I said u still didn't charge me no problem but I need to get going and you're holding the whole thing up they can go I'll pay for them do not talk to me like I'm trying to steal them I'm not going any where without paying but u should've already charged me. Then as if that wasn't bad enough I turn in my Audio recorder and he proceeds to tell me that he doesn't know how to do that I said how hard is it to say that from the beginning? That all u had to say I would've said the same thing I did just do it with the scanner if it's not taking it off then it's what your pressing or not but either way it's not charged to me that it no biggie. I said but the real problem just so u know is how u first dropped ball on the greet with an empty store then were short then made me wait then decided to give me the ring directions on something u didn't know how to do two other customers walk in and he switches to English and says there is a saying you shouldn't judge. What in the heck is that?! That made no sense at all I wasn't judging him I explained what he did wrong from the beginning and I still wasn't judging did he say that to try to make a problem with the customers? Wow I left but walked back in warm up the burrito which wasn't warmed up all the way and he was talking about me with the other customer and got quiet when he saw it was me that walked in wow again this guy has no business in customer service at all he will get that place out on the news for the wrong reasons unbelievable it was such a bad experience I had to write this because u need to start interviewing applicants right away and cut him down to 2 hrs a week til he quits if anyone else will hire him. Take pride in your business he doesn't and represents u ooorly. 28 years in customer service I know what I'm telling you. I love my ampm I spend $800 there monthly I will never come back to this location again no one should unless they're on fumes. read more

It would be nice if you could actually get gas at a 24 hour gas station. Instead you have someone tuning up their truck, someone taking a nap at the pump, and someone washing their car while they are parked very far back so you cannot use the pump behind them. It's after midnight, I get that it's convenient to wash your car using a squeegee but maybe don't block the pumps. Maybe don't tune up your truck at a pump. Be considerate. read more

Review for a visit on 8 November 2012 I was driving back home from a Doctor's appointment, and noticed the Car was running low on gas. This was during one of those weeks when gas was ridiculously high. As I was driving near Palms from Sawtelle Blvd, I remembered about this gas station, and was surprised how low the Gas prices were compared to a few other places at the time. The lobby was very clean, and well maintained, and so was the men's room (as I had to make a pit stop since I was stuck in Rush Hour traffic after leaving my appointment about a hour earlier). I had about $40 cash with me, and I had enough to buy a burger, a coke, and fill about 1/2 a tank on my Xterra. This is my go to gas station when I'm in the area. read more

It aint the bomb but its cool.Its decent.The location is kinda f'd up because its hard to get a spot when its packed,but thats every gas station.I love the beliezeans here and they are friendly.That damn ATM machine charges too much.They always have the 2 for 3 Monster energy drinks on sale.They deserve a 5 on that alone because I love them damn monsters(lo-carb).The snacks are reasonable and the gas price is the 2nd cheapest in the area.The first one is further East on National across the street from the Starbucks.United Gas I think.I rather go here than pay 3 cents less per gallon. read more

I buy gas regularly here and they are the cheapest around. The staff are friendly--what a nice change from most gas stations. Since their prices are so low, they get really busy, and that is the only issue. read more

I haven't been into the AMPM, but I think it's the cheapest gas in this area and I've never had to wait in line. The only issue is that you have to pay a fee if you use your debit card, but all Arco's do that, so it's expected. read more

Hopeless and offensive -- stopped tonight to fill up - they have an archaic system with one credit card machine for four pumps. The machine retained my card. I cancelled, card would still not come out. Saw cashier, she shrugged and called manager -- he couldn't have been less interested. He said it'd have to wait until the next day. I asked him to unlock it, and he said no. I went out and got a first aid kit from my car, got the tweezers and extracted my card, but not before this rude offensive individual told me if I damaged his machine he'd call the police. I got the card out and went back in (he had no interest in coming outside) showed him the tweezers. . .showed him the card - explained that he could have at least pretended to be interested as it was his machine that was at fault. -- I told him he couldn't have been less helpful -- he said "I know" -- rude offensive, stupid and totally not interested. Will never use this pathetic station again and Arco maybe be cheap but that's all it's got going for it. Sad disinterested staff with absolutely no interest in customer care or service. Assume these ppl can't get employment elsewhere and get absolutely no training or anything to do with being helpful, respectful, courteous or even kind on the most basic human level. This is the most unreliable gas station: they only take debit - but charge you 35 cents to use your card . My least favorite thing about this place is that most of the time I go their "machine is down- cash only" but there is NEVER A SIGN posted so I just have to go through the motions of putting my card in, accepting the ridiculous fee, putting my pin in, followed by a waiting period and then "see cashier". Then I have to go inside and wait on a line for the cashier to tell me about the problem. Every. Damn. Time. In the past 4 months I have been there 5x when this had happened. Also, the gas is crap and never lasts me as long as other stations. Please get your act together Arco, stop wasting my time. Tried to give you zero stars but yelp wouldn't let me. read more

I know it's very rare to review a gas station I've been driving for past 20 years and getting gas in my car for past 20 years but I never ever had a gas station that I felt like family every single attendant in this gas station is like the most nicest person ever the morning stuff is great like Mr villas and this another lady sorry I didn't get your name I get my coffee there every morning and they always ask me if I got the coffee I wanted and then make sure it's there in the evening there three people who work there again the African American guy I don't know his name also a white tall guy lil bit old but very nice and the night attendant I mean every single person at that gas station it's the most friendliest you never feel like that if you go to a gas station you pay the money and you are done but here it's amazing their customer service is outstanding read more

Everyone here is very friendly. The really bad part is it is 2015 and they have plenty of staff on at 11 but they have to shut everything down and I have to wait 20 minutes to purchase anything. It's poor business and so unnecessary. read more

Awesome Gas station. Pretty much everyone that works there is nice and friendly. Rare you get a business like that. The Cinnamon rolls are incredible,seriously the best I've ever tasted. The gas prices are consistently the lowest you will find. read more
