Disgusting! Stopped for a drink and to use the restroom. The restroom was absolutely disgusting- during a pandemic and no soap or paper towels... and it looked like it hadn't EVER been cleaned. I have been a customer here for quite some time. I have purchased lottery tickets here off and on during that time. As I have never had a larger amount winning scratcher this was a ridiculous experience for me. I purchased a winning ticket for $200 and they refused to pay it out, stating that their policy is to only pay out up to $100. There is nothing posted stating that, the CA Lottery says retailers should pay out up to $599. Bringing out multiple employees to repeat the same policy does not make it more credible, only more frustrating. It's an inconvenience and you should not be allowed to sell scratchers if you're not going to then pay them out. read more

This has happened to me multiple times. I always buy a car wash and sometimes I don't have time to wash my car the same day I pump gas. Sometimes I even forgot about it until the day that the code expires. This last time I went in the receipt clearly says "good through Mon 11/04/19" which today is. Good through is inclusive meaning I should be able to use it on the day it expires too. They really have the nerve to say since I bought the car wash in the morning it expired in the morning and I came right now at 2:30 but that's not what the receipt say. It doesn't mention it expires at a certain time up to a certain date, just the date. Gas prices today 5/12 Was posted on the tips This place was recently built and is really nice looking, but that's not what makes it good. The staff here is great at least all the ones that I have met so far, and I do visit this location frequently. It does not look like this place is a franchise since it doesn't have all the weird printed out posters. The car wash is fairly unused so it still washes great. They always seem to have hot food so either it is bad or they just make extra I have yet to try it..... And they have a lot of drink selections so all around great...... Enjoy P.s. Worst gas station ever. I tried 3 pumps and even paid inside and i still never got gas. They also charge an extra .35 cents to use a debit card and don't take credit cards. My gas light is on but I'm forced to go somewhere else for gas. You also have to have a worker let you into the bathroom read more

I only live 2 blocks away from this Arco station, and have used it, since it opened. I am handicapped, so I like to use my debit card at the gas pumps, saving me allot of walking, back & forth, from the inside registers. To my, dismay, allot of the times, the gas pumps, are not working for the debt card, and you are forced to go inside, and pay! I've mentioned to them allot, to get their pumps fixed, and if they're fixed, they're out again, real quick! Very frustrating! read more

As a new ARCO card member is frustrating how much more time is wasted. The service should be quick in and out. They never have receipt paper at pumps. This means that one must wait in a 10+ person line for a receipt at counter. read more

Thank God this ampm/arco opened. It is near my house, and this is where I go for gas. Gas prices are usually below standard price, and if you purchase a car wash you will get hooked up with 10c less in gasoline. Come here for coffee and other goodies as well. 5 stars read more

The staff is very friendly here, which is almost unexpected seeing as they deal with some unruly people. Always security on staff which makes you feel better. Every now and then they close for the staff to switch off, which takes about 20 minutes. read more

Came in and they refused to let me use my DEBIT card with a pin because the machine read it as credit. So I put all of my purchases back, (lost revenue). And went outside where I used the SAME card as debit on the pump. I purchased only $10 in gas instead of $60 to fill up and went to a different station for the rest. Hey ampm, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER and fix your payment terminals or you'll continue to lose money on lost sales. It's 2017 get it together and upgrade your terminals, smh. read more

Worst customer service ever . I went to pump gas and paid self on the machine with my debit card and I was pumping gas until I removed the nozzle gas kepted on coming out I didn't know what to do and it kepted charging on my card until it charged me 48 dollars and I just wanted to fuel 30 so I went inside and complained about it and told them there machine didn't work . So I asked for my money back but they didn't want to refund me the extra money that the machine kepted on spilling the gas on the floor and they didn't believe me . I guess she was the manager she was fat i forgot her name . But she's stupid how was my truck going to fill with 20 gallons when my truck can fill with 16 gal. Went to the location on Inland Center Drive. Some of the pumps were not taking the payment, so you had to go inside. I quickly learned why the line was so long. The cashier would not speak English to the customers. I was the 6th in a line of 8 customers. The 1st customer was trying to get her gas receipt. She asked for someone who spoke English. The cashier turned to her coworker (sweeping the floor) they spoke Spanish to each other then she turned back to the customer and continued to Spanish. She left without a receipt saying she'll never be back. The 2nd customer spoke Spanish so she helped him. The 3rd customer did not speak Spanish. The cashier kept speaking in Spanish so she left without getting gas. The 4th customer spoke Spanish so she was helped. The 5th customer did not speak Spanish. He was trying to get gas for his Motor home, Jeep, and gas containers for the ATV's. He tried so hard to translate. He asked the young man sweeping the floor for assistance. The coworker said something in Spanish to the cashier but did not respond to him. He was furious when he had to leave to go to another gas station. When it was my turn I tried telling her $65 on pump 6, she just kept saying something in Spanish each time I tried to explain $65 on pump number 6. The gentleman behind me tried to help but he spoke English. We both had to leave without getting gas. The women behind us heard what was happening and left without trying. By my estimation the cashier refusing to speak English cost you roughly $560 in 20 minutes (customer #3 $45 #5 $355 #6 $65 #7 $50 #8 45). You may want to reconsider hiring individuals who refuse to speak English. read more

I went into ampm on my lunch today to get gas and a car wash. The rep Italia was distracting by some guy standing by the door. I asked for $35 on 11 and the cheap car wash, I said never mind let me get the $7.99 she said ok $30 on 11 and the $7.99 cash wash. I corrected her and said no $35, again she says ok. I go outside and trying pumping my gas it is keeps telling waiting on authorization. I finally go back inside to find out what is wrong, wait in line to be helped and the new cashier couldn't figure out what the problem was, so he called Italia to the front. She told me that the issue was btwn myself and the guys on pump 7, I told her that was not the case, she put the money on the wrong #. She went out there looking for someone on the pump, can't find them so she went to the back to talk to Daisy the manager. The manager Daisy so is lacking customer service skills comes to the front, says she has to back her rep because she never makes mistake. I reminded them that she made a mistake with the dollar amount, I asked Daisy for the GMs name three times all she would say is he is not available finally she said Manny. Daisy never apologized for the mistake and was making smirk facial expressions. These took 35 mins. Daisy lied and said she heard me say pump 7 on the video so I asked to see it, she said she needs someone to fix the volume. She said I have to follow up with Manny in a few days, she wouldn't give me the phone number or date/time he would be there, nor would she take my info down for a follow up call.
