He let me know the morning of when he was on his way and progress getting here (his commute was 90 minutes away). I got a quote for material and he offered to call and get a better price and then I called in to pay for it. What a kind gesture! He and his crew were timely and efficient. Eric explained the process and showed us what he was going to do. When he ran out of material, he got more and when he charged us for the material and trip, he didn't price gouge. He showed us the receipt for the additional materials and that is what we paid. We couldn't be more happy with job and Eric's professionalism. His demo crew quickly took the old fence down and hauled off the debris. the next day his construction crew went work on the new fence. The new fence and gates look awesome! the same crew then went to work on the deck. the new deck is solid!! excellent work. these guys take take pride in their work, and they get it Done!! i will definitely ask Ray and his guys to work on my next project!

The crew knocked on my door, demanding that Kevin pay them or they would put a lien on my house. Till this day, the crew has not been paid. Secondly, I paid Kevin a deposit to install an irrigation system. Because the weather was bad and timelines were not met, we agreed to reimburse my full deposit and cancel the project. I have yet to receive my deposit back. This is bad business, and I hope nobody has to go through this.
