Let me start off by saying good reviews don't negate a bad review. I've debated posting a review for several months now. We bought our very first home 6 months ago. It has been a nightmare ever since. Bear with me while I work my way through what happened. We had a female inspector come out and she cited a couple things that just didn't make sense sense being that there was possible mold in the basement crawl space and that we had a safety issue with a window not locking. We had the crawlspace checked and it was just dirt on top of whatever covering was in the crawl space. We looked at the window ourselves and if the inspector just did her job properly and touched things she would have noticed that if she pushed both sides of the window shut the window would lock. we have Windows that open both ways since they are side to side not up and down so we were able to cross that off our list since they weren't actually broken they just need to be shut properly. Being that it's our first home we did not know that much about Federal Pacific panels ours was double-tapped and she told us and I quote "if it hasn't caught on fire yet it more than likely won't catch on fire you just need to call an electrician to un double tap it." We didn't know any better. She claims that she looked at our plumbing but as of last week that had showed to be not true at all if she would have gotten into a crawl space like she was supposed to and looked at our plumbing like she was supposed to she would have known that our water was being contaminated by possible wastewater and it was being contaminated by drain water. They want to state that they can't cite code violations/issues however there inspector cited code issues on other plumbing issues that we have but completely missed something as simple as our water being contaminated which one we got a plumber (I've had 3 come out) out he was shocked that an inspector would miss that. We even pulled up our inspection report and showed it to the plumber. We had to have a full new panel put in (we had 5 electricians that came out and we're appalled that we were not told how serious the issue was) which we came out of pocket for an electrician who shocked that she can site code issues for simple things like gfcis and other stuff but you can't cite a code violation/issue and explain the sevarity on a Federal Pacific panel. So instead of remodeling our house for the last six months like we had planned to do we have been fixing everything that she has missed. We will never ever use them again we have already steered two other families away from using them and I will continue steering people away from using them. I called the company multiple times tried talking to her manager multiple times they said it wasn't their fault she put on there that there was a federal Pacific panel and that's how they got their asses covered. it took several days for them to send over the inspection once it was done even though they were supposed to send it over same day or that's what the inspector told me. The first time they sent the inspection it was a blank one with the wrong inspector. When she was here she told me that I needed to pay my invoice however when I booked them I had paid right then and there. She said she couldn't scope our plumbing even though we paid them to and I should call for a refund. When I called for a refund they had no information on our account. The person who answered the phone said it was because they had switched systems and after some back and forth on the call I was issued a refund. I called multiple times in December and January and hardly ever got to speak to anyone in charge. Never got any call backs. I even called the guy who our realtor told me call at the company and again no response. At this point it doesn't matter if they reach out to us and comment on here or message us privately. Nothing will fix the negligence of their inspector and putting our kids in danger. Buying a home is a huge investment and you want to trust that your inspection and inspector is being honest about your investment. Clearly in this case that is not what happened. If we had the knowledge we should have had then we would have either not gotten the house or had the issues fixed before hand. Just to clarify the plumbing is at the front of the crawl space so only half your body could be in the crawl space and you can see the back of the plumbing. She took pictures of the front of the plumbing but failed to actually even look at it. Long story short 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! read more

They were able to come out within days to inspect our first ever home purchase, and do all the necessary elements including the extra sewer and radon inspections so we only needed to call one company.
