My friends and I were involved in a car accident outside of Waterford lakes. It took 6 hours for…read morepolice to arrive and we weren't allowed to move our vehicles until they finished their report so I wasn't able to call AAA till very late. The lady on the phone was super kind and sympathetic. Our tow truck driver, Fabian, was absolutely amazing. It was 3 am and he was so kind and upbeat. He definitely lifted the mood and was super helpful. My dog was with us and he was super sweet towards her and allowed her to drive back with us. He even waited outside the apartment to make sure we all made it back inside safely. Best customer service.
