Dennis to the rescue. I recently helped my 91 year mother buy her first stairlift. Having been a…read morestairlift owner/user myself, I thought I could be of great help. We searched out four brands and settled on an Ameriglide Rave2. Little did I know, however, the installation was to be subbed out. After numerous phone calls and unanswered messages I told Ameriglide I wanted my Mom to be credited for the $744 installation fee. After that battle I found American Pride Remodeling through a Google search. My first call to Dennis was answered immediately and he reassured me that everything I said he had dealt with before. Not only was he an Ameriglide installer and he would be able to assist. Best part was he was only 30 minutes away. Fast forward 4 days and the unit is now installed. We are grateful for Dennis and the ability to use him for all of our service needs

As of July 12, 2024 I had received no quote or return phone call after leaving numerous voice messages for Craig. Finally, today I left a one star review on Google regarding this horrible customer service. I finally received a phone call from Mr. Lukas at 7:30pm this evening July 12. 2024 - 6 hours after the Google review was posted (coincidence?). Mr Lucas stated he could not provide the quote. He went on to state he is dealing with personal problems - this he told to a woman, a mother and a wife wheelchair bound who was given the terminal diagnosis of ALS - Lou Gehrig's Disease who reached out to him for assistance who he treated with complete disregard. For awareness to all: ALS is a disease; amyotrophic lateral sclerosis is a neurologic disorder in which motor neurons die and stop sending messages to the muscles which causes the muscles to waste away. A person with ALS eventually loses the ability to walk, talk, chew and breathe resulting in death - the typical prognosis for someone with this disease is 2 - 5 years. Craig came out himself (owner ) and tuned the chair up replaced batteries and she is running good as new. Craig was so personable and took his time repairing the chair and even gave us lube needed to apply to joints on occasion. We highly recommend this company, on time and professional.
