Once they found out that I had not bought my Hoyer from them, they would not even try to help me resolve the problem. I called Procare, spoke with their Service Manager, Joel. With empathy and understanding of my situation, he quickly helped me to resolve the problem over the phone. Shortly, thereafter, we needed to purchase a shower/commode chair. They try to force you to sign up for "auto pay" which is a license to steal. They do not send send out invoices automatically. You never know what you are paying for. They put you collections mode before the due date. They do not tell the truth. A customer rep will tell you that everything is covered by insurance; then you get a bill! They will not let you know the price of an item before insurance subtractions. Do not use Adapthealth. They are the business to steal money.
