Driving to Myrtle beach with a stop in Hershey Pa. Had in inverter problem. Woke up in the morning and all systems dead. No house batteries and no chassis battery. I jumped the Motorhome and all charged up. I called Mike. He answered immediately. And told me what I needed to do. He sent over one of his service men and he walked me thru how to charge everything. I asked him if I should cancel my trip. He said no. Do what I tell you. So far. So good He was prompt. Really knowledgeable and very reasonable. BEWARE! This guy (Michael Hansen) is one of the most vulgar, disrespectful, people I have ever dealt with. The way he talks to customers is unbelievable. He is arrogant and talks over everything you say. Apparently, he feels that he is large and in charge - the attitude that clearly represents his past positions in which I understand didn't work out well. His workers were polite, but that's about it. How a business owner feels it is okay to treat others the way he does is beyond belief. I could go on, but no point in it. Just steer clear if you don't want a headache. read more

I got up this morning to no heat; my propane furnace quit working. I called Mikes and they responded in an extremely timely manner. The service techs were professional and very knowledgeable. $1500+ and 5 trips later to fix furnace and it was left with a loud noise like never before! Mike got defensive and wanted another fee + hourly rate + $150 for fan. I declined and had Pop's come out and they found screws missing, clamps broken, housing cracked, broken pieces strewn about...and a perfect fan. Mike's replaced parts without diagnostics got me a new blower, computer board and sail switch (and a loud vibration)! So glad I didn't get a new fan!! Thanks Pop's! Mike wouldn't even head this way until paid! Guaranteed what??? Then when I left an honest review and video of condition, he left a threatening VM, text message and accusations! The video was removed because Mike claimed it was illegally made depicting him! It was not. It was the RV tech I paid to fix the unit. Take heed! read more

If I could give a zero rating, I would. I contacted Mike's Mobile RV for a repair estimate for damage to our 5th wheel. He quoted me a price of $350 to come and give me the estimate. When he emailed me the estimate it was $424. I contacted him to ask why he told me $350 but sent me an invoice for $424. He claimed, "It is $350, plus tax and finance charge to pay with my credit card." I said you are charging me a $53 dollar fee to pay with my card? I work in accounting, there is only $21 tax on $350 but I am assuming he thinks his customers are not smart enough to know that. He did reduce his estimate to $306.24 because I told him I was going to post online about his business practices. Then while he was at my home, my dog ran out and he said I better keep an eye on him or he might take him home. That reminded of something I saw on the news that morning which I shared with him. I saw an Israeli soldier kneeling down in a line of soldiers holding his long gun with his left hand and his little white dog like mine in his right hand. At that point, he said, "I think this country needs a civil war." That was a bridge too far for me and I knew at the point that MAGA Mike was a radicalized far right individual. Who in this country would say that they want a civil war? Truly saddens me. He then tried not to give me the estimate I paid for. At first, he said he was having a hard time finding someone for welding. I told him we already had someone fix the bent jack bracket. So I heard nothing from him for weeks and I ask for my estimate again, that I had paid for. He then said, "To be clear that was for the first hour of labor." There was no labor, I only asked for a repair estimate for the damage to my RV. He did eventually provide me with an estimate of over $46,000 to repair my trailer that needed around $500 in parts. I knew what the parts cost before he gave me the estimate. His estimate was for $24,000 for parts and 3 weeks of labor to repair minor damage that I could repair myself in a day or two! I paid over $300 for nothing from this business and want others to be aware of his business practices. read more
