We parked in the short term parking garage since the first 60 minutes is free. The elevator on the red side of the parking garage takes you straight down to baggage claim. It was a short walk after exiting the elevator. It was very convenient. It was great because they called us in right away even though we were super early for the appointment. The two ladies fingerprinted and registered us at the same time. I think it only took about 10 minutes. Such great service! I recommend this location to anyone who needs to enroll for TSA Precheck.

I arrived well before my appointment time. Yes, make an appointment! I electronically checked in and sat with all of the other sad, frustrated people waiting to hear their number called. I was called shortly after...a full 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment. A nice young lady--extremely professional--greeted me and asked to see my paperwork. After reviewing what I'd handed her, she assured me that everything looked to be in order and that I'd be out of there quickly. She asked a couple more questions, I wrote her a check to cover the fee and I was walking out the door about 12 minutes after I sat down. Now THAT is service. Couldn't be happier.
