I told him I need to make a payment. He asked for my phone number. He then told me that number belongs to somebody else. I asked how he knew that because he never asked my name. He then argued with me. I gave him my license and he said he had to enter a profile. I said it is already in there because I did this same payment last month. He then told me the profile was incomplete. When it got time for the payment he said he needed the account number. I told him it's department of corrections and there's no account number: he then argued with me. I had my phone to the window the entire time to show him how to make the payment for CheckFree payments. Again, I did the same payment weeks before at this location. I guess he realized he was wrong because he got quiet and the transaction was complete in a few minutes. Why don't this place employees realize we are poor and struggling and we don't need more struggle trying to make payments? The manager is terrible for not teaching empathy or training. This location should be closed for good and the people laid off so they can learn how hard reality is. Do not come here if you need any services. Go to Amscot across the street. They at least smile when they greet you. Smh
