Paid to get my car Towed my car here on Thursday being told this. "yes sir , you can bring it today…read more, we actually have a spot available just for you today , we just didnt want it to get taken by tomorrow so we made sure we had it ready for you , can you come in any time today until 6 pm" Then on Friday I get told this "hey , ,i just wanted to inform you that due to today being a really busy day for us , the timing chain still needs to be worked on , can i call you tomorrow to let you know the updates and if we can finish the job since we were backed up for just one day , i was goin to ask if we can have it till monday so we can ensure this job gets done correctly with no rush ? Asked about schedule issues and if they can confidently do this job. Then was replied with: "no no scheduled issues sir , the car is in line with the space of it still being occupied by the car itself it was just one of those days unfortunetly and we couldnt start on it today , the work time is still the same im just backed up by 1 day sir , i apologize for this inconvinience and since we dont open sundays , the best bet will be to finish it by monday" Told specifically not to start it or drive it due to timing being off and creating additional damage. But that was disregarded and started any way. Highly unprofessional place and strongly don't recommend bringing your car here if you love or care for your car. I have been lied to and disrespected. This can be you as well. If anyone has doubts or questions, I have everything documented

I'm honestly really disappointed with my experience here. I used to rely on them for fixing my…read morevehicles, they did well previously & had no issues whatsoever. This time it was different. Shortly after getting my car back, my engine was completely blown. My car did NOT have this issue before bringing it in, and now I'm left dealing with a major, expensive problem right after their service. The lack of transparency, the long wait, and the condition my car was returned in is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable or honest service. Thanks for nothing!

I known Tim through one of my Church groups and hew as the first person I thought of when a bought…read more my 1965 Mustang. It arrived with a number of issues that were not disclosed by the selling dealer. I was referred to him by another well known shop that was too busy. Tim suggested starting with an inspection which revealed many issues I was unaware of. He even had me come down so I could see the problems. It did take some time to get all of the hidden issues resolved but the car has been trouble free since. It is hard to find a shop with the ethics and perseverance he has while being concerned on the cost to me. I'll be back

I paid over $4000 to get my truck ready to drive 2500 miles to California. I had to stop at Havers…read moreauto because after repairing my power steering Tim pulled out the power steering pins. Two hours down the road I notice my truck had no power steering fluid, no coolant, no oil in it. My tires he replaced had minimal air in them for my heavy truck. I could have died after getting repairs done by Tim. I would not recommend this shop to anyone unless you want to put your life at risk while driving and possibly die. One of the worst mechanics. He held my truck for over 7 months while I was getting abused by my boyfriend. I asked Tim to hurry up several times because I needed to leave so I could get away from my boyfriend but Everytime I asked Tim to hurry up he took even longer. Horrible mechanic and person Tim is if you ask me.
