Original review--- The care I was given by my Physical Therapist and staff was great. The fact that they over billed me for $172 and change and I am 3 months later still begging them to send me a check is ridiculous. I brought the error to their attention the end of Nov. and I have made at least 6 calls to the billing dept and each time I am given confirmation that they owe me the money but there is some excuse for why they can't/haven't issued a check for it. The customer (no) service rep I last spoke to yelled at me for complaining about the problem and told me I was yelling and then disconnected my call. The medical staff was great the accounting and business side is a disaster so beware of being over charged and not getting your money back!

A lot of places either don't have experience treating pregnant women or are super limited in what they'll actually do, which can be really frustrating, even with my OB's approval. I was going to another PT place before this and honestly felt kind of hopeless. They weren't very personable or confident, and I felt like they were too scared to touch me, like I just had to wait until after I gave birth to get real help. I knew I was capable of doing more and wasn't improving at all, it was starting to take a toll on my mental health. Deciding to switch to Impact was the best move I could've made. The care here is night and day. You actually work with physical therapists one-on-one, not just techs, and everyone is super friendly, professional, and knows what they're doing. They offer a bunch of holistic treatment options like cupping, massage, dry needling, stretching, and strength work. I've only been going a little over a week, and already I feel so much more hopeful. I'm willing to do the work, I just needed the right guidance, and they've absolutely given me that. They don't treat me like I'm fragile or extremely limited just because I'm pregnant, and that means so much. I'm excited to keep going and finally feel like I'm on the right path to recovery.

Starting at the physical with Al, Ive never had more in depth care of the overall issues of my body and how to get properly aligned. These guys are fantastic. I had 6 weeks of targeted, and customized PT to get me back on the roller derby track. My recovery was about more than just mobility, but also about getting back to competition level. In comes my man Steve! Steve specifically took my training from the normal exercises and made them skating/derby specific. Taking into account the sport and my goals made me feel like they really cared about the outcome and the level I was going back at. I can't thank him enough for the efforts that he gave. I got x-rays saw my doctor who told me I now had arthritis. I didn't think it was arthritis since it was more muscular.
