I highly recommend Balanced PT. Heather and her team are patient, knowledgeable and welcoming. I had a sprained ankle and Heather helped rehab me so I could get back to hiking again, which is important for my livelihood. I also attended her Pilates classes which helped my core strength and prevent more back problems. It is a continual effort to stay well so regular attendance is the way to go. Heather and her team can help children with anatomical imbalances, dancers, athletes, mid-lifers and the aging. I've been seeing Natasha for Pelvic Floor Therapy and it has been AMAZING! I was referred by my OB after my 2nd child and was having issues with leakage, back pain and abdominal discomfort. I was really nervous at first, but Natasha did a great job of explaining what she was doing and what was going on with my pelvic floor and bones/muscles. I've learned SO MUCH and the therapy has helped immensely! I'm no longer having leakage issues and my back pain is much less frequent and abdominal pain is gone. I'm also a runner and I love that Natasha caters my exercises to build strength in areas I use for running. Beyond just Natasha the entire office is so welcoming and friendly. It's a very relaxed atmosphere and everyone has been so great to work with! I also love that this office includes a Pilates studio and classes! So I'm getting exposed to different Pilates equipment at each session. I'm excited to try out some classes when my PT sessions are done. 10/10 highly recommend! read more

Personal training was okay. Scheduling is not good. Class scheduling is worse. They do require you to do personal training before classes, which is fine.. but then if classes get cancelled then you have to pay additional for personal training. Facility is clean. read more

Balance Physical Therapy is absolutely the best and only answer to rehabilitation for any reason. They are one of the very few offices offering one hour, one on one sessions with an educated and licensed physical therapist. NOT like most where you only spend ten minutes with one and then relegated to a trainee or intern to do exercises for forty-five minutes that you could be doing at home! Albert Lazo is the absolute the best one on one therapist ever. He takes his time and seriously cares about you and working hard with you to show you the path to improvement and working on getting back to walking normally again. Hi, my wife has a herniated disk between L3-L4 and we went to our first appointment today. Since it was our first meeting, I really liked the fact that Dr. H got down to business right away reviewing our patient forms, asking tons of questions about my wife's pain and back injury. Based on this discussion, we had a beginning session of stretches and take home exercises. In addition, they do spinal decompression there. I feel that based on the professionalism exhibited so far, we will get good results. I am looking forward to the outcome of the therapy sessions for my wife. I've been at Balanced Therapy for two months and am now able to walk without pain. Over the previous years I had been to several specialists but nothing was helping. My primary card physician suggested Balanced Therapy. I've been in pain for so long that I was very skeptical. My cousin talked me into trying pilates at Balanced Physical Therapy and I have been there for over 3 years now and love it. It is hard to find a class that balances strength, conditioning, stretch and coordination. I feel like my body has become stronger, leaner and more flexible through this practice. I attend class three times a week. My instructor (Ade) s constantly challenging me to do things I never thought I would be able to do. He is constantly aware of limitations each individual student has in the class and works with them to continue to improve. I came to Balanced Physical Therapy at the direction of my Neurologist with an injury to my neck. After completing my physical therapy, Heather Brummett said that I might like Pilates. I said, "No thanks, I don't like exercise!". Currently I have been attending Balanced Physical Therapy-Pilates for three plus years. Not sure this practice has their clients in mind. Company will charge clients $75 for missed appointments due to bad weather like the major "Dust Storm" in Phoenix like the morning of 8/11/15. The owner justify charging clients this fee buy having a 24 hour cancellation policy. Invest in a pre-weather crystal ball so you can cancel scheduled appointments due to weather conditions so you're not charged and penalized $75. read more
