When the other clerk asked what was going on, the first clerk told her that this woman was going back home to Colombia tomorrow. I commented out loud that the service in this place was amazing. Then the second clerk came around and hugged the woman. On her way back behind the counter, she gave me a hug as well saying she didn't want me to feel left out. Then when the Colombian woman finished her transaction, she gave me a hug also. Five stars.

They guy who helped me, was super sweet and patient. He told me to take my time, as I went through my phone to find everybody's name and address. I shipped I think five or six small packages at about 5/6 dollars each. Nothing crazy. Still a Great Business. I will be using them for further shipments.

I was answered by a friendly gentleman who said yes, he was a notary and was, in fact, PRESENT. I shared my tale of woe about the offending UPS Stores and he mentioned that not only is he a notary but he's had his kids become notaries as well so there would be someone available as often as possible. Thank you, Postal Connections. You saved the day. I will definitely be returning.

When I asked for a supervisor, they left me on hold. Finally I looked up the person who the package is addressed to and found she has my package. She too called FedEx to report the problem. Needless to say, tomorrow I will drive to the next town and we will exchange packages. Awful service. I called the general number and 1-800- number. Terrible service.

Then a few months ago, I received a bill for duties. I showed Globegistics via a screenshot that we shipped it DDU and was credited. No mention of the service being discontinued. Then two days ago, I get another duties bill for a DDU package and questioned it, and was then credited. Then I get a condescending email from the sales rep telling me that they've graciously credited me for the duties, but that non-USPS DDU doesn't exist anymore. This was literally the first time this information was communicated to me.. AND the service is still available in Shipstation for their company. If you contact customer service, they will do what you can do - which is look up tracking and parrot back what it says. If you have a problem with a package, you're on your own. I had an issue where a package showed in a UK post office and my customer walked several miles to that post office to pick it up, but the package could not be found. I contacted Globegistics customer service and they just told me tracking says it's there. They wouldn't contact the post office directly or do anything to help me or my customer. I expressed my displeasure in an email (sternly worded, but not profane) and ended up a couple weeks later with my time wasted on a phone call with an upper level manager who after 20 minutes of pointlessness tells me that I can't "yell" at their employees. I could only laugh. I had never talked to any of them on the phone. I asked if he understood he was talking about an email - he did not. I told him to review the emails and then get back to me once he actually knows what is going on. I have never heard back from him. This *could* be a great company and a great service - but with poor communication and unmotivated customer service employees, it's only tolerable.

After using Vamus Express on two other…read moreoccasions with no issues, they completely dropped the ball on delivering cupcakes and balloons for my daughter's birthday party, even though I 1) made the request two months in advance knowing how important this is, and 2) even changed the pick up time at both vendors at Javier's request. Thankfully, the balloon shop called me two hours before the party to let me know that no one had showed up, so I was able to frantically deploy relatives to pick everything up. And no picked up their phone when I twice called to confirm whether anyone was coming. The worst part? After I sent two follow up e-mails to Vamus expressing my disappointment and asking what had gone wrong, they could not be bothered to acknowledge or apologize for what is clearly their mistake. Had they owned up to it, I might have been willing to use them again.
